I am giving 2 stars, one each for quality of food & speediness of transaction. For me, the other stars represent friendliness, cost, & overall experience. I've been to this location 3 times. This review is for every single visit.The employees here act as if the customers are bothersome. They're not friendly nor helpful. During my last visit, no one was behind me in line, yet the girl proceeded to ask me "is that all?" after every single ingredient added to my pizza (which I find extremely rude). Every visit, my pizza was immediately boxed up after the fire without asking me if I wanted the drizzle of sauce. During my 3rd visit, I expressed that I would like the garlic pesto on my pizza and I'm pretty sure the employee rolled her eyes as she grabbed my box to add the last touch.I won't be back. My customer service expectations hold too much weight for me to patronize this restaurant ever again.
Don't usually complain, but I had a baaaad experience today. I ordered online, and my pickup time said 12:25. It was 12:45 before I got my food, so I was late getting back to work. Also, when I got there and waited, I saw the girl pulling out the pizzas biting her fingernails before touching people's trays and whatnot lol. I'm a bit of a germ freak, but that is gross, yeah? Not just little nibbles, she nearly had two whole fingertips in her mouth at one point. Yikes.. I love the food here though! I come often and still might if i know this might be addressed.
We really loved it. Build your own individual pizza. Excellent fire grilled pizza. Great sauce, fresh ingredients. Loved it.
Blaze Pizza has great pizza, and it's ready so fast! The whole concept is amazing--to be able to choose your toppings as you move down the line and see them put it together to your liking.
Pizza was just ok. Seemingly no one there has ever sliced a pizza. We were shocked that even with an oven on-site, the place was like a refrigerator. Meh... Fishers is better.
Just got in from long day of travel , pulled up this place off the Internet .Speedy service to my hotel , and very fresh and delicious ! And affordable . Highly recommend .

Not a fan of this type of pizza. It reminds me of California Pizza Kitchen. It definitely like a West Coast type of pizza. It's not a Chicago or Detroit or New York type pizza.
Very good food. When the A team is there, it is as good or better than any other spot nearby. I personally love to get a modded bbq chicken pizza. Basically same thing with buffalo sauce added as well and no onions. I have recently tried the Pesto cheese bread and that is very tasty. My only request would be more pesto sauce, because it is good. This is my go-to pizza spot when I'm in a rush. Give it a shot and make sure to not overload your custom pizzas. They end up soggy, even with the extremely hot fire.
We came in at the tail end of a large group today at blaze Pizza in Carmel. I saw a young man coming back to work after returning from lunch today and he promptly took his outside order to the back and started helping out his crew members. We were approximately 20 to 25 people deep in the order line and the line moved very promptly and when we got to the counter the crew for blaze Pizza was very professional prompt and courteous in the delivery of their service today.
