Pizza was alright. I'd eat it again but I wouldn't pay for it again. Taste/quality vs price, not worth it. Also a let down for how little toppings was on the pizza for how much it costs. On the upside, garlic knots were great, totally worth it to go there if you're just buying garlic knots.
When it's fresh- it can't be beat! MUCH better than any local chain. Service is good and consistently quick. We are frequent customers, never had an issue
Attempted to order online. System said we still had 20 minutes to order. We went through the process of ordering and it said there was a system error and booted us. Then we tried to leave a review so they knew it wasn’t working and that system also had an error. We didn’t even get around to getting the food and just ordered elsewhere. What a hassle for nothing. Literally.
Only giving it 2 stars since it was our first experience and it wasn't great. It could have been a fluke, the food was good. We will see how they do next time.
We went to Bella Pizzeria today. We had 3 adults and 3 kids in our group and we ate inside. I put in our order with the girl in front and paid for it. Then we found out that 1 item was missing due to a communication breakdown, they had me come up and pay for that separately. Then after the food came out one of the entrees was missing. I ended up checking on it with the person in the front that took the order 4 - 5 times who assured me that the food was in the oven. After waiting for a while, Nothing came out, then I went upfront and asked and the other workers said they didn't get it. The worker who looked like the manager, said that the girl upfront just started recently and they can put the order in now. I was surprised and said that I checked on it 4-5 times. The worker said that I saw you look at the receipt and you would have seen that it was not there. I said, are you actually going to put that on me, as there were a lot of items on the receipt. She said yes, I saw you looking at the receipt, you should have seen it and threw her hands up. She still had me pay for it and I had to wait awhile for it to come out. Very Sad because the food is a 5 out of 5. The Customer Service on the other hand was a 0 out of 5, and if it continues it will drive away many customers and lose business. Customer Service Training is Badly Needed Here!!!
Ordered a 18inch XL white pizza and some garlic knots. Absolutely delicious. I grew up in New York and this is what reminds me of back home!! The kids loved it as well. Big shout out to the staff, and Raja who went above and beyond to make the experience great. Will be back for sure!
Used to be decent quality then went down hill. I would get multiple pies at a time and was as close to NY quality. A few months ago I spent about 90 dollars on different pies and they all sucked. I stopped by today and got a plain cheese pie to see if it has improved, I'll never go back again
My go to place for NY style pizza. Close as I can get to foldable slices of my youth!
Bella's pizza offers a great NY style pizza at a very reasonable price. They are generous with their toppings, fast and friendly. The have a good rewards program as well. Good work to Miguel and all the other staff at Bella's Pizza in Clay Terrance.
My wife and I moved out of NY in 2006 and this is hands down the best pizza we have had in 15 years. We lived in NC until 2019 and relocated to the Carmel area in December 2019 and have not been able to find a true authentic NY pizza place until now. For all the New Yorkers in this area, if you're looking for a pizza place, look no further...and for the non-New Yorkers, if you want really good pizza, definitely check out Bella's. We're glad we did and we will definitely be going back (and telling everyone we know about it as well!!).
