I order a pizza on Mother day not only did I have wait almost two for pizza when I got it the pizza was burned. When I call back to talk with a manger I was told he was to busy to talk with and I need to call back in morning to get a credit. The young lady never apologize nor did manger come to phone. When i express for pizza to be remake I was place on hold. And she came back on phone like we will remake it but I don’t know how long it will be before we bring it back out. I have never received services like theses from this restaurant. I have always know this restaurant to be of top quality and just shocked. I know when they look at this pizza they would’ve want anyone to send them something like this . Picture is below.

Hands down great place to come if you want to eat good pizza. Cool employees. Good stuff

Rockin' music and absolutely wonderful pizza. Couldn't ask for a better dinner. Highly recommend Bazbeaux Pizza for a nice dining experience. I've been to the Carmel and Broad Ripple locations and always have a great visit.

Our server was great. Sorry I forgot his name! Kept up with our party of six on a very busy night. The pizzas were amazing, as always! Thank you!

Pizza was just ok. Crust was unevenly cooked, part burnt part undercooked. Have had better at other franchises.

Your front of house employees are horrible. They either are not trained or do not care. I was not only ignored, but flat out looked away from when I nodded at one paunchy guy in a white t shirt. The only good employee was answering phones by herself while everyone else did nothing with guests or to help her. Also, it was 4:30 and phones were getting busy and the dining room was not. I left a tip hoping it went to her and possibly the cooks making the food. Overall the pizza was 2 out of 5 stars and I'm not eating you on service. Not what used to when I done in and I ordered early in a Friday in purpose. Your staff is definitely costing you customers and money.

Waitress was great considering she was working 18 tables by herself. But we waited 45 minutes for a pizza that was way over baked to the point it was super crunchy when you tried to chew it . This was a disappointment on the kitchen side .

A party of three and we received great, friendly service. Great spinach, cheese and pepperoni pizza. Get the chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Baked (through the pizza oven?) while you wait. The restaurant is located just steps away from the Monon Trail and Mid-town Plaza Carmel. Take your family or date there and they will love it!

Ordered the Mediterranean, which said it had "chorizo" but was really a terribly-made basic chilli without the beans... awful taste of cumin/paprika on a pizza. Pepperoni was bland and mozzarella cheese was very low quality as well, the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt. I have eaten pizza all over the world, this one takes the cake of being the worst I think that I ever had. Ordered their "famous" garlic cheese bread, which is simply a commercially-made sub sandwich bread with garlic butter with the same low-grade mozzarella cheese melted on top with a side of canned red tomato sauce. The booth that we sat at with our children was filthy and had crumbs, chunks of food and garbage (straw wrappers, napkins, chewing gum in a wrapper, papers, etc) still all over it which WE had to clean. Bazbeaux is overpriced and the food is awful. I tried (based on our server's recommendation) a craft wheat beer on tap. It was barely cold...Who likes beer at room temperature? Not worth the $78 by any means; I feel like a got robbed. Extremely disappointing.

Awesome!! I’ve been eating Baz since the beginning and tonight was the best ever!!!!
