Me and my family were visiting from out of state and we were very excited to get brownie sundaes and our day was COMPLETLEY ruined by the young man who didn't have a name tag. The customer service he provided was HORRENDOUS! As soon as we told him our order which was 5 brownie sundaes for the family, he rolled his eyes and had an attitude. He then went to the side and started complaining to the other worker about our order right in front of us!!!! He also touched the brownies without a glove on. It was a very uncomfortable situation that ruined our appetite. I don't ever plan on going back there and wouldn't recommend going!
This is a Carmel mainstay. The owner takes pride in this location and is there frequently to oversee its operations. She remembers longtime/regular customers. The premises are always clean, and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious! What more can you ask for from an ice cream parlor?
You need to update your closing times it’s was listed as closing at 11pm, if it would have been updated I could have gone to the 86th street location and been able to get ice cream
