Ate outside to avoid contact with others but the seating is next to loud street and traffic, not relaxing

The food was delicious and certainly good value on Tuesdays. Ireland was Outstanding in her service to our table. Great evening all the way around.
Waited 57 minutes to receive food from a snarky waitress that we saw all of twice in the 90 minutes we spent at this subpar establishment. The waitress was extraordinarily rude and didn’t bother with things like refills or respect. Definitely ruined the evening.
