This has to be one of the best Arby's locations. Not that the others are bad, but the employees here are top notch. The store is generally clean, condiments are stocked and a clean table doesn't require a search. This is definitely a pinnacle in the Arby's chain.
Food is great. The only suggestion I have is please put in the higher toilets. They aren’t that much more in cost and much better for your customers! Thanks

We love going to Arby's. Our favorite location is the Westfield/Carmel Arby's. We usually use coupons and they never ask for them. That means we can use our coupons over and over and this Arby's makes more money. Other locations always take the coupons the first time which means that the coupons can only be used once.We also love their menu. Our favorites are Greek gyro, any of their roast beef sandwiches, jalapeno bites, curly fries, the French dip sandwich and italian sub.The inside is open from 10am-5pm if you want to dine in. Otherwise, their drive thru is open from 10am-8pm.
Roast beef was cold, iced tea had no ice. Gentlemen at the window was upset that I asked for a cup of ice? Terrible service and food was awful!!
Seems like this place doesn't want to work from previous comments. Dining room closes at 5 but there were workers out in the lot goofing off and being lazy where they could have fed customer. Drive thru was closed as well. On top of that I was stared at rudely as if they don't care about guests. Will not be back ever to this location and wouldn't be surprised if this place closes.
Several of the employees are great. But that one guy at the drive-up who acts as if he REALLY doesn't want to be there, ruins it for everyone. And he's been there for many months and STILL has not taken the course on saying "Thank you" to the regular,vlotal customers. And he virtually tosses the bags at you. Came to get food at about 8:30 PM. The restaurant says it closes at 10 PM, and that the dining room closes at 5. When I arrived, the drive through was ALSO closed, despite the restaurant still appearing to be open with workers inside.
Good for fast food and like roast beef. Would like to see prices come down a little at all businesses. Lmao, that will never happen. Gotta love gouging.....I mean inflation.
It is a shame others cannot learn from Chick-Fil-A. Received the wrong order even tho' the CC receipt was correct.
