Close to closing and the staff welcomed us in as though they had just opened. Food was very good. Service was awesome
Good food served Hot. Our waiter was great - quick, polite, friendly, and helpful. And we were seated sooner than estimated at 6pm on a Friday night when the parking lot was very full.
They barely had workers. There was a manager serving us and she could have been better. She didn't bring our refills on time. My ribs tasted horrible like they had been sitting out and weren't hot or warm. We all got sweet teas and they were watered down. My fiances sandwich was suppose to have bbq sauce on it and didn't. There was another manager who came to our table and apologized and said would you like something else because that's what our ribs taste like. I always get ribs from applebess and other locations they are hot and don't look like that. We drove 20 minutes thinking this location would be better but it wasn't. We won't be back here again. Then another party came in and sat near us and their table was dirty and the manager who served us didn't clean it very well.
Great food, great service. We waited a few minutes, but when we got our table our server was great! We didn't wait long for drinks or food.
We spent 90 minutes waiting to order and get our food for 3 people. There were ants on the tables, and a fly in the lady's drink behind us. My husband's food was undercooked, and they put items on that he asked to have removed. Finally when we went to pay, another table's food was added to our order and our server forgot what we order and questioned my husband about our food, when my husband stated that the recepit was incorre t.They corrected the amount eventually, we have had applebees several times, but after tonight we will not be back.
Be careful when checking out. Most restaurants pre-calculate the percentage tip on the food totals only but I didn't look closely at the tabletop machine and found out when I got home that my percentage tip was calculated on the food AND the sales tax total. Food was OK but not as good as it was 3 or 4 years ago.
Pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the food. Recommend the blackened salmon. Enjoyed sitting in the bar area and the attentiveness of the bartender who also served the tables. Happy to go back again after not the best experiences years ago.
We really like Applebee's and they certainly didn't disappoint this time. Great good and friendly engaging staff.
The waitress, the food, and my friends were all fantastic. It's getting to be one of my more favorite choices to go out and eat. They were very accommodating to our group. Enjoyed very much.
Check your take out order. I got one appetizer less. Informed the staff and they prepared it for me. But had to wait extra for it. Rest of the food got cold while waiting. Food is good though.
