This place has a charcuterie board designed by angels. Soooooo good. The wine and beer are awesome. The owner, Emily, really a sweet, intelligent, insightful leader. Very good live music on a Wednesday night. Go here!
Oh my ❤️! One of our favorite culinary experiences. The Charcuterie Board was above and beyond, Grilled Cheese Sandwich equally delicious. Our pastry dessert was exceptional. Emily was an exceptional host, as well. We will return. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great relaxed atmosphere, no pressure and yet great attention to the customer's needs.Emily, the owner, really made time to come and engage with us in pleasurable conversation.The boards are crafted in a visually inviting and at the same practical to self-serve manner.Perfect for a date night, for girls' night out, for an afternoon chat to catch up and so much more. Our kids love charcuterie and are excited to come next time.We'll cater from Emily for sure for our events!Two thumbs up!!!
317 Charcuterie is absolutely amazing!! The restaurant is beautiful with such a relaxing vibe. Beer and wine selection is on point, offering several local products. Their boards and graze tables speak for themselves - visually appealing but most of all delicious! Fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, honey and decadent chocolate. The owner Emily is so passionate about her concept and it truly shines through in her work. I've ordered several boards for delivery and pickup and have had nothing but wonderful experiences each and every time. Perfect for date night, girl's night, a quick drink/snack after some shopping or for your own event at home or work. 317 Charcuterie is Carmel's new gem right in the heart of the city!
Had a wonderful time here! The charcuterie board was great! We ordered the one for 3-5 people and the three of us ate it as our meal! Service was great, too! We already have plans to come back with other friends!
Emily created a beautiful grazing table for our Christmas event last week. She was very kind and hard working. Everyone loved the way it looked and tasted!! I can’t wait to go to her store front! I’m so happy we found Emily and hired her for our event!!

Great place in a great location. Fun for girls night, date night or for a group. Have to try the blueberry goat cheese!!Highly recommend checking it out in store or for catering an event!
