Some wings look like crumbs compared to others very disappointed with the size and inconsistent amount of sauce
Martin was super helpful with my order. Wasn’t sure what to get since I was sloshed but he knew exactly what would hit the spot. Good hot sauce and the onion petal was fire.
I ordered on the phone and a lad named Martin took my order. Super friendly, quick to order and got me the right food. Also answered my questions about the wings they have!
4 stars only because sports bars aren't my thing. But this place is better than BWs by a long shot where food is concerned.
A lot of wing sauces are hit or miss, but the bottom line is that they are the best bang for you buck wings in the area. Extra wet wings did not disappoint.
my friend ordered wings with the bone but she picked up her order and it was only boneless wings. both the worker and the manager were rude and condescending. They claimed that she had ordered boneless despite replaying the reordered conversation in which my friend clearly said "yeah with the bone" . She was not looking for free food, she only wanted to have the order corrected and was willing to take her time to drive back and exchange the incorrect order and pick up the correct items. The manager was unwilling to help or even clarify the situation to us. Both the employee and manager had an attitude when my friend asked for an apology.
I don't even want to give a star, that's how bad the experience was. The manager and the employee I spoke to were both very rude and illogical. My friend ordered traditional wings through the phone and the convo was recorded as well. The person who took the order said boneless? my friend said yeah with the bone. I can see that can be a misunderstanding. But she said "with the bone" and when we requested them to play the recording they decided to ignore the part where she said with the bone and acted like they did not hear that when you can clearly hear that with the recording. The whole time they had an attitude and accused us of trying to get free food. We were beyond angry with the service and the attitude we received from the worker and manager. An apology would have been nice and would have ended the situation. :/ like it ain't my fault that yall getting paid minimum wage and hate your job.
Stopped by here with my family to eat. They looked closed so I opened the door and asked the man inside at the counter if they were open while I’m still outside the door. His condescending reply was, not if you don’t have a mask. I had mine in my coat pocket and would’ve put it on before I walked in but we decided to eat somewhere else after his rude aggressive behavior. Being rude to people over these mask mandates are unacceptable. Just be nice and ask or remind people to put them on and most people will. Or continue as usual and you’ll continue to lose business and get bad reviews!
Good food with decent price. They really have a lot of sauces too. Recommend using online order on Tuesday or Wednesday to get a discount for wings.
