Service here is getting better. Used to be it took them forever to get my order wrong. Food is good.
Prices are borderline offensive and should be considered price gouging. Do yourself a favor and compare the price of food items to the location on 2nd st.
Just stopped by for a breakfast sandwich. Just got a basic sausage biscuit and really liked it. The sausage had a nice crispness to it without being burnt.
After I set in line for like 30 minutes get up to the speaker and then they tell me they're not taking any orders I went around the corner and watched like 10 people to pull off and then they let like three people go through the line. What a joke I will never go there again horrible horrible customer service
Fresh and hot food, compared to others they rock. Staff was very friendly and polite.
Better than McDonald's, Burger King, Jack in the Box, etc, but still just a fast food joint with underpaid employees
The young man taking our order was a little impatient. It wasn't very busy when we visited, but hard telling how the rest of his day was going. It's super hard for everyone right now, there just isn't enough employees to fill all the positions so for the ones working they're not only doing their job but the jobs that have no one to fill them. Everyone please be kind we need more kindness and love in the world.
Not a good experience today. I have been going there since 2005. Normally no issues with service. Counter person was exceptionally slow today.
Fresh produce! NOT so fresh burger... Lol. Finally asked a manager why I NEVER get a burger that's hot enough to even melt the cheese on it... Even slightly... He says the meat sits on a "warming rack"... So... I don't get a fresh patty made, or...? Lol... They disguise the cold temperature of the meat by adding ice cold produce (lettuce/tomato)... If they could just fix that one thing I'd love Wendy's... Until then... No.
For fast food, this place really has their stuff together. I hardly aver wait on my food and it's always right. I've never gotten something from there and it be wrong. Staff are very friendly.
