I've been noticing a decline of the freshness of their fried products, well actually most of their products. Last time I went I got a four-piece spicy chicken nugget and They were hard as a rock and disgusting. Couldn't even eat them.Last time I went I got cold fries that looked like the oil was bad also.Then we went to go get a Frosty the other day and even it disappointed my daughter which was an absolute surprise because she loves them. I was told they have a new supplier and apparently THEY CHANGED THE RECIPE and they now DO NOT TASTE LIKE the ORIGINAL FROSTY at all!! Totally disappointed in the Frosty!!
Always love Wendy's. Used to work here for two years before college. Thought I might get tired of their food but never did.
This is a pretty good Wendy's. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Pretty tasty usually.
Patties are held in a "Warming area" which is why the cheese in never melted on the burger... This is every Wendy's... Fresh produce, not so fresh burger...
Tesa was very friendly and welcoming. She made certain our orders were made correctly and efficiently. Great Service!
All I can say is WOW, and in a good way. This has been the first fast food restaurant visit we have had in a while that was pleasant. The employees were very nice and even talked to my daughter about her baseball game. Not only that, but it was also very clean and the first time in forever in fastfood our order was 100% correct! Thanks guys, we will definitely come back to your Wendy's ❤?
Lady at drive thru is amazing. She always smiles and in a cheerful mood. McDonald's...you better do what you can to hang on to that lady. She had dark hair and middle aged.
Good food and value . I eat here about 4 times a week. If you go through the drive thru like I do check your order before you leave because they get it right about 80 percent of the time
Disappointed in this visit. Usually they are pretty good but not today. I ordered a chili and an Apple Pecan salad. The service was typical but the gentleman who gave me my order was busy having a conversation as he handed me my food. He apparently was too engrossed in the conversation to notice that he didn't give me a spoon for the chili, crackers for the chili and no pecans for the salad. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know so that others could perhaps be spared this carelessness but the phone just rang and rang and then someone picked it up and hung it up immediately.
We were desperate for vegetarian options at about 11:00 at night in Bloomington. A friend of mine is strictly vegetarian and we forgot to get something at the grocery store so across the street on College Mall Avenue we went to the Wendy's and got two baked potatoes. The guy who took order was awesome. He went above and beyond really helpful and we loved our experience. The guy took our money was charming and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this place. Normally because we are vegetarian we kind of avoid places like this but since it was open late and it did have some options for us, we went there for the first time and had a great experience.
