We were staying at a VRBO right around the corner so we popped in for a late lunch. Service was just fine. Plenty of meal choices to please anyone - they even have many vegetarian and vegan options. The pretzel appetizer was outstanding and I wish they bottled that beer cheese and the mustard! My Cuban was also absolutely delicious. Hubs got the salmon BLT and his wasn’t as great as mine - fish was about half the size of the bun and it wasn’t cheap. I got the seltzer which absolutely screamed “I’m a sour” - I drank it all because it was refreshing but it wasn’t a normal seltzer. Would certainly go back.
Beer is great and I appreciate the effort with the multiple vegetarian options, but the three little twigs sandwich could use some help. The seitan was too dense, dry and fried too much. Maybe more BBQ sauce would have helped, but I'd get something else next time.
Overall good experience here. Burger was good but not great. Fries were also solid. It seemed a bit understaffed but the servers still did a good job. I would come back again.
Drinks were decent, service wasn't as good as expected. They were fairly busy. This review is for the Jeffersonville, Indiana location. We will probably return.
Despite having a great ambiance, good location, and some pretty tasty beer, this place was a let down. The food is just not good - my chicken sandwich was literally the worst I've ever had. Save your money and get some Chick-fil-A.
The blackberry beer is amazing. Very very sour but very good. I had fish and chips it’s really nice. The burger my friends had was very spicy but worth to try!
We ate here after hiking…I got the turkey sandwich and my friend got the hot chicken. Both were incredible. (We also got the juiced in time hazy IPA.)My turkey and guac sandwich was the best I’ve ever had— Every element combined to make perfection. Our server Jack was fantastic too. So friendly & attentive. Great beer, food and experience…Very Nice job Upland! ??
Upland supplied the cocktails, wine and beer at my wedding and they were truly exceptional to work with! Jessica was incredibly helpful and patient as I went back and forth with the number of guests, what I wanted to include, the timing of everything, etc. They worked with us for our wedding at The Wilds Venue in Bloomington. One of my favorite additions were the non-alcoholic spritzers that we had for the guests before the ceremony to keep cool in the summer heat! She offered a plethora of options to match what I wanted! The bartenders and service was better than I could have imagined and we couldn’t have worked with a better team!
Large portions, tasty bison chili and bison burgers. Wheat beer is a solid choice.
I'm so disappointed in Ashley B. I had a great experience the last time I visited here, and I was so excited for my husband to get to come for the first time. He finally got to try it, and it was some of the worst service we have ever experienced. Upland has good food, but I'm not sure I'll ever be back after tonight.
