As a store manager myself I understand things happen. My issue was when I called with a problem I wasn’t given a solution until I pushed for one. The business I work for there order from them at the least once a month every month! This week we ordered from them and the food was dropped off. One of the meals was missing so I called in and asked what happened. The associate apologized and said he saw the meal sitting on the counter and they must have forgotten to give it to the driver. I asked if they were gonna have it delivered, he said let me get my manager. The manager got on the phone and I told him what happened. He said that’s weird we have all the food? if all the food was given to me why don’t I have it and why did your associate say it was there. He said idk what weird. I said so are you going to make a new one and deliver it yourself. He said we don’t have drivers that’s why we go through third party. But you can come pick it up. I told him I wasn’t going to pick it up because I wasn’t the one who forgot the food in the first place. And when a business asks for delivery there is a reason. He then suggested a refund of the food. Which cool but now one of my associates is without their lunch. Not very helpful. After I continually told him one of my associates would like to go on break and have food to eat he told me to reorder and they’d refund the money. No refund and no update has been given! Poor communication

Stopped for a banana strawberry smoothie at around 2pm on Saturday June 26thWhen I walked up to the counter the only employee I saw was sitting in the back on a wooden stool with his feet up on a stainless steel table playing on his phone.He came up and took my order and proceeded to grab a blender..I THEN HAD TO ASK HIM TO WASH HIS HANDS...we all know where people take their phones......?Why on earth should I or any customer eat or drink from a place with such little regard for food safety!!!Btw I threw the drink out because I couldn't see him totally while he made my drink

my mango, orange, and strawberry drink probably didn't have any of those in it. tasted like leaves with a hint of mango
When people complain about the sugars but doesn't realize fruit have carbs which is also sugar? It's not like 60 carbs 60 sugars means 120. It's not like it's starbucks syrup sugar.
I love getting a smoothie from this place but everytime I go here they are rude and definitely do not have great customer service! Thinking maybe they need to look into hiring a friendly staff!
Always get good smoothies and food. The reason why I gave 4/5 starts is because sometimes the inside of the wraps are still a little cold. Other than that it’s good.
Spent a good half hour with other people coming and going getting their smoothies. Had to go and ask for mine. Just to get the wrong smoothie!!! Such a waste of my time. Sadness
