Lobby was closed, drive through was open. I drive a car and eat at a table so I left.

Order always missing something or totally wrong order ahead still have to wait in drive up line and when you call and say you're missing something they tell you your wrong even after you said you would be happy to come show them.....

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY RARELY HAVE ANYTHING ON THIER MENU. THEY DON'T MAKE THE ORDERS CORRECTLY. THEY RARELY HAVE A FUNCTIONAL CARD MACHINE. I DON'T USUALLY SAY NEGATIVE THINGS BUT I'M SORRY THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND THE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT.

Came here for lunch and despite it has been reported that their dining room is open, they had a sign up saying “drive-through only.“It’s almost as if these guys hate making money. I’ve been here before and they are poorly managed. I’ve witnessed employees responding arrogantly these customers, rudeness and lack of awareness or customer service. So this is no surprise to me.

I got a chicken quesadilla, with sour cream. I got one tiny little drop of sour cream that I had to pay for, my quesadilla wasn’t cut, and it was almost all tortilla!

I’m astonished at the abysmal quality. I would swear they purposely hire people who have never seen a burrito in their life and just set them loose. I think they’ve gotten my order correct one singular time, many months ago. I genuinely have no idea how they get food items so horribly wrong; it’s at a point where it seems entirely purposeful. Even on the rare occasions where an item has all the correct ingredients, it’s like they beat it up before kinda-sorta putting it in a wrapper. Should probably close and regroup for a while, and consider actually learning how to make their own food.

Haven't had Taco Bell since the pandemic started. It's pretty much how I remember it, a nice change of pace.

We ordered online and they made us wait in the drive-thru line.

There is a brunette lady wearing glasses working this drive through for probably the last 6 months that we now refer to as the sauce patrol . I am genuinely sick of seeing her. As soon as I hear her voice I am discouraged . you absolutely can not get enough sauce from this lady, I WILL PAY FOR IT WHAT IW THE PROBLEM. This has been happening for months. Her literal response to me saying “I need a bunch of fire sauce with that “ is verbatim “I can give you some”. We’ll here’s the thing that’s not what I asked for . I asked for a lot. THIS IS ALWAYS HER RESPONSE. Today I ordered a taco burrito 10 pack . I asked for a “bunch “ of fire sauce only to hear “ I can give you some”. WHY ARE YOU POLICING THE WINDOW. This was 4 tacos and 4 burritos. When I got my food she gave me 5 fire sauces . I said can I please have a lot more sauce , she gave me 4 more. Not wanting to be aggressive . I left the drive through went inside to get my own fire sauce. I’m not sure if she is trying to get a promotion by saving money on sauce or just has a mean spirit. Either way next time I hear her voice on that speaker I am 100 percent leaving. Just give me my fire sauce. What is the big deal

Avoid this taco bell and go to one of the others or another restaurant nearby. Every time I order something from this location the food is either burnt or completely shredded.
