They’re quite busy but they handled it nicely with no stress but I gave them only four stars because they didn’t give me my sauces or any napkins. Food was fresh and hot??
5 stars for the friendliness of the employees and the speed at which they seem to be working. The food was hot, the tacos were full, and they remembered straws, napkins, and utensils for the Pintos and Cheese.Unfortunately, they are extremely short staffed so there is a much longer wait than one would expect from a Taco Bell. So that is the reason for 4 stars.
This location was just remodeled, but seldom used. It's location is central to downtown and a quick (only) fast food within walking distance for downtown workers. The management has went DOWNHILL here, very rude. There are a few really nice employees, but their good work is hard to see after the management experience. The doors never open at 10 when they say and if you approach or knock on the door to get someone's attention, they will look at you then ignore you while standing around with loud music playing. There are A LOT of days that they don't even open the inside and the only way to get anything is drive through (which they won't let you walk up to the window). They act as if you are disturbing them just to order food (and that's all done on the self serve screens). PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MOST FREQUENT CUSTOMERS!!!!) I've also been in when an elderly gentleman wanted to order but didn't know how to use the self service kiosk and they told him to figure it out ?. To sum it up, find a different location or choose a nearby restaurant.... it will be quicker and better service!
Let me start off by saying I'm not one to complain but my last visit to your restaurant was horrific. We made a pick up order over our phones over $50 worth of stuff. I go in to get the food crew are messing around there's at least 9 people standing up front after about 45min zi get my order food wraps were open exposing the food. Just awful!
If I could give zero stars I would.. Do not park your vehicle in their parking lot.. It will get towed! My fiancé stopped to get something to eat and was away from the car for about 20 minutes. He came outside to find that the car had been towed. Apparently the manager called to have it towed.
Absolutely disgusting, found a cockroach in my nacho cheese. I went to the counter to complain only to look back and see a person on the cook line picking their nose! WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!! If I could give 0 stars I would
It's taco bell. Not a dirty place;not a clean place. Food is standard corporate taco bell level food. To all the corporate egghead's that think this level of mediocre is a good standard deserve to be fired
So let's Taco Bell's downtown Bloomington it's not the fastest service in town but it's definitely coming along it's become my favorite Taco Bell in town I love the people that work there and they deal with a lot of Taco Bell and be patient
It was literally terrible. My crunchwrap was 99% tomatoes?? Our 5 layer burritos had nothing but beans and were super dry, and the soft tacos were all lettuce and 2 (I mean literally 2) little pieces of beef.
Worst experience ever. Have consistently had awful experiences here and all can be traced back to the old man they have at the drive through. He cannot hear peoples order, cannot understand names for online orders, moves so slow, and holds up the line. He is incredibly rude, refuses to help if asked, and is extremely impatient. He should be fired in all honesty.
