Great service awesome snacks
Ordered a one year wedding anniversary cake from them. Picked up the cake and served it to my guests the same day. The buttercream was sour or it was made with salt. Either way we ended up throwing the entire cake away as no one could even eat a bite. I was so embarrassed. I messaged them and told them about the incident. They gave me 20% off on a cake that I could not eat. Will NEVER get anything from them again.
The butter cream frosting just tastes like butter.
Delicious bakery connected to the Biddle Hotel through the union.. We had the baked icing sugar cookies and Burberry muffins. Very very good. We took a box of goodies home with us.

Sugar & Spice made my daughters first birthday away from home very special. I ordered the Birthday Celebration basket and it was perfect! She said her cake was delicious and she was able to share it with a whole group of friends. They delivered everything they promised. Thank you so much for making her day very special and easing this mom’s mind during that rough first week away from home
Back on campus after a long time away. How we so easily forget those we love, i.e. Sugar and Spice. Spent many a day grabbing some goodie I probably should have on my way to class In Ernie Pyle Hall. After all these years, the treats are just as delicious. Had a brownie (careful - so rich), an iced IU cookie, and something they called a Special K cluster - gooey goodness. I highly recommend.

It has been awhile since we stopped by this coffee and bakery shop in the IU Memorial Union. We were surprised that they have expanded their range - sure they still have the Special K chewies (not our favorites, but very popular for some reason), gingerbread men (the appeal of these we see - they are indeed very tasty), etc., but we see they now offer tartlets and other items that we previously had not seen in their display cabinets. One sad thing though is that they now only have mini-cupcakes and no longer the large ones that we'd drive the better part of an hour to get. The small ones aren't that bad, just half the size which means their surface area to volume is smaller so they're more chewy than we prefer and, of course, they're smaller! Still, we walked out with a box full of them and some gingerbread men, so we're still hooked!
