Skimpy toppings, stale bread, mayo tasted spoiled, gave wrong order (ordered onions n got olives)... the subways in btown Used to be a great food option.
Man. The price of our two honey mustard rotisserie style chicken footlongs and a 6 in ham and cheese nearly doubled from the town we live in about 45 mins away. We first paid 18$ now it's 31$$. But that being said. The sandwiches we got were the best subway sandwiches we've ever had. There was a smokey flavor in there that our store doesn't have. Delicious and quick. Good job guys.
Only two people were working. Drive thru was out of order and meat was not fresh.
My favorite Subway location in town. They have a drive thru and cherry coke which are both big positives for me.\\n\\nThe owner and employees are always great. Cleanliness, food quality, speed, and all of those usual restaurant metrics are good quality too.\\n\\nTheir drive thru is in a weird acoustic area and often hard to hear, but I found that if you turn your engine off while ordering, it's way easier.
The drive thru is open incredibly slow. Other than that it was fine.
Waited at the drive thru for 3-4 minutes for someone to take my order. Got tired of waiting so pulled up and another car was sitting at the window. The employee was just chatting with whoever was in the car. Once he saw me he took their order and I waited another 6-7 minutes because I wasn't able to pull through.
So I gave you 5 stars because your workers are awesome. But found out tonight that if you leave a tip on the card, the workers don't actually receive it. The tip goes to the manager and owner. That's wrong on so many levels. I have given fantastic tips to those workers with the belief that they would receive it. Seriously how dare you. I will be calling the BBB on this one.
I've always loved Subway, worked there when I was younger and enjoyed that as well. I've been a dedicated fan over the years however the recent change in the Southwest Chipotle sauce has broken my heart and unfortunately has made me a non returning customer ? my years of Subway are over. I added the Southwest sauce to everything I ordered and the new Baja Chipotle is disgusting in my opinion. It no longer has that creamy smooth spice, it's more of a tangy hot mess. I know they want to "refresh" but some thing's are better left alone.
Make sure u don't use the drive through here ur order will be messed up for sure! My husbands sandwich had no banana peppers on it even though he asked for everything. All I wanted for sauces was mayo, and it was plain. Was terrible!
Do not go at night. They will not cook your meat all the way through. They are more worried about talking to their friends then their customers. Awful experience will never eat here again. NASTY
