I ordered from them for pick up delivery 2 hours before they closed. The website never emailed me a order confirmation yet gave me an order summary and took my money and gave me a pick up time. When I got there the store was closed and now it won’t answer the phone. Got charged $30 and never got my food
Since I'm a vegetarian..This is one of my favourite go to places whenever i feel like having something good..So.. The thing is.. i have a fixed specific order that i have whenever i get a subway.. the veggie delight..And not gonna lie..somehow this particular subway makes the best veggie delight.. I've had it multiple times from multiple outlets.. But this one's got something different..The staff is also nice and polite.. And you'll always find this a quiet place to have your subway in peace..I love it and would definitely recommend it to everyone!!
Very bad service the guy on duty was JOT he was rude when i asked about the new jalapeño bread he said he didnt have it so i ask for italian herb and cheese bread he said he didnt have anything but wheat and white bread very rudely. I ask him why the sign with all these bread choices is hung up at the store if they never have any other bread beside those two he just mumbled under his breath something. I finished paying and left my order was $29.01 at about 3 to 3:15 a.m. on april 27 and really didnt get what i wanted had to settle for what was there. for that price i do believe i should been able to get what i wanted not right to offer something clearly posted at the store if none of it is ever available worst subway i have been to almost id say 4th from worst not happy at all.
I placed a delivery order on the app. After an hour and a half, I called the store and they said that they hadn’t received the order and didn’t even offer delivery. 5 hours later, at 7:30 AM, I get woken up to a call saying that my order is being delivered. I just now to go eat my food and realize that the order is completely wrong. Huge waste of money and horrific customer service
Claire was terrible didn’t know what light sauce meant my whole sandwich was drenched in sauce. Then proceeded to throw my bag at me

Unfortunately, I have to change my review due to rude and violent interaction with one of the staff, today 3/29/2022. I know businesses can't find employees easily these days but that doesn't mean hiring this level of stupidity and rudeness.
I don’t need to say for Subway lol You can get sub fast, and the location is good for students. After workout, I swing by here. I’ll visit here again for getting sub!
Very nice and helpful workers, and the sandwiches were not loosely thrashed together like other subways.
Clean enviroment, good customer servoce, but don't get hungry after 9, he said he was closing and i was last.. But worth the stop
