Went in while I was in Bloomington. Went to order my sandwich and after the first thing I said she puts it on the toaster thing and asks if I want it toasted. I told her I wanted something else on it, she just stares at me and I said the next thing I wanted on it, she put a couple pieces of meat and as I was saying I wanted bacon on it she just puts it in the toaster. Sandwich came out, the next guy asks what veggies I wanted and I told him the 3 veggies I'd like so he puts one of them on and just wraps the sandwich and hands it to the cashier guy. Sandwich was totally wrong, I just paid and left. I won't go back in, the workers are just super rude.
Encountered a very rude employee. My order was wrong and I politely told them it was wrong and he went on to yell at me how it was not wrong. Yes it is food but poorest customer service I've ever encountered.
Subway Tuna is not tuna anymore.. Cannot trust any subway
I would give this place less than a star. They served all these ppl sandwiches with flies in the bread box ,??. Y'all better start eating at home. The building looks better but the place is still nasty

Employees for the most part are polite. I feel that the buy 2, get one free should keep all year long. Also , bring back the $5. subs! The steak and cheese is now one of my favs but unless I have coupons and/online I don’t order it as much . A bit skimpy on meat and cheese! Also, send out better coupons.
Bunch of foreigners that cant speak English. Pass poor, dirty place. Usually out of what I want to order. Now they don't offer roast beef or spicy mustard? Wont ever return to any Subway. I can purchase the meat and make my own sandwich
I ordered a sub from there and they toasted my bread when I didnt ask them to.
