I think I get a drink from here everyday and it’s always on point.
I will drive from the south west side of Bloomington to come to this Starbucks! They are super nice, always getting the line through fast and my order is always correct.
Staff is amazing. Orders are always accurate and served with a smile. Parking lot is a disaster. Try to avoid left turns into or out of the cafe.

Ellettsville IN is the worse. Order was not right. They said well we are out of dragonflies pieces. How come they didn't tell us when we ordered. Got a mango lemonade instead. They don't know what shaken espresso is either.NEVER AGAIN
Erratic hours. Today the drive thru is closed usually its the inside that is. They need to find consistently. Poor customer service. You cant run a business like this.

I’m tired of going to a Starbucks and the inside of the store being closed. There’s no valid reason for it. People go to coffee shops to sit and eat a pastry and drink a coffee while they work or visit with a friend. Starbucks inconsistency is pathetic anymore. You never know if the mobile ordering will be on or off, the store will be open or closed to the public, etc. I’m done supporting Starbucks. The local businesses know what they’re doing.
Erratic hours (here at 5:30 Saturday, closed, 5th similar experience), drive through is often closed, and they don't know how to make mocha lattes (taste like weak hot chocolate).
