My belief is this location is understaffed due to COVID-19, but the workers are regularly unfriendly & stand-off-ish. They are gleeful when an ingredient is out of stock so they can move you out of line & find a reason to shut down regularly. (Computers, bathroom break, etc.) Perhaps they are overworked, but it’s exhausting. This is the only location open on weekends or I’d never go.
Great food and lovely setting a bit slow service when busy but worth waiting.
I always buy a vanilla bean frappuccino. I decided to change things up a bit and got a caramel mochalotta (sorry for the misspelling) and it was delicious. Employees fast and friendly.
This Starbucks is located in our local Kroger market. Which we go resupply food several times a week. I haven't order drinks from this place too much(we normally drive through the 3rd street store). But for those I ordered here, they couldn't get the drink right for us once.
I have never in my life seen a Starbucks as filthy as the one in this Kroger store. Every single table and chair had food on it and around it. Normally I could excuse something like this if the Starbucks was busy.. However, there were three employees standing behind the counter and I was the only customer. I started to sit near the window and the window sill was covered in dead flies.
