I haven't ever felt so loved at a Starbucks until everyone here was helping me nail down a drink that was recommended to me. A drink that's not on the menu and because i used stars they couldn't find out what the drink was. it's a favorite of a Starbucks employee who was helping this store out one day. This person who recommended this drink doesn't work at this store. Everyone at this location here, helped make my experience stellar. By finding out what the drink was and it made my day. I highly commend all the workers at this store. Thank you again for helping me. Nick was very thoughtful and a blessing to help me and everyone else who helped and made the drink too. The drink is on point and I'm so happy to have it again.

Store and service was good. This is a busy place though and it sucks the store is so small and you can't sit inside and drink your coffee with a friend

Just a heads up- this location was recently renovated and there is no inside seating.

How can a coffee shop have no bathroom?Also, took 15 minutes to get my coffee and people ordering after got their drinks first (not only easy orders). Not coming back here again.

Crazy how you order a caramel cold brew with cold foam and get a black iced coffee. Amazing.

This location always has the best customer service. Most starbucks tend to be great, but this one seems to go above and beyond.

I just wanna give a shout out to Mak, who was working the drive thru early this morning! Thank you for you kindness and for being so thoughtful asking if I needed anything while I waited, you had the best customer service and made a great start to my morning :)

first time here the cashier shoved a mask in my face and asked in the most sarcastic and condescending tone possible “do you need a mask????”short blond girl, absolutely abhorrent customer service

Driving through Bloomington on my way to Columbus. Placed a mobile order at around 7:50pm. Store was advertised as being open until 8:30. I arrived at 8:11pm to pick up my order of 3 drinks and the door was locked. Drive through was blocked. I called the store and was told they had closed at 8. When I asked how I’m supposed to get my order or refund, was told I’d have to wait until the next day. When I said I was from out of town, employee said I could contact another store. He then hung up because he said I was “rude and disrespectful.” When I called back to speak to manager, the same person answered and when I said I’d like to know how to get my refund he said he wouldn’t answer that because I was “rude and disrespectful.” Then I call again, the same person answers, and identifies himself as Troy, the manager. I’m trying to figure out how a paying customer who doesn’t receive the goods they purchased is the “rude and disrespectful” one. Shame on you Starbucks for poor customer service.

This was a pleasant surprise. The lady at the drive thru, her name was Abby was so nice to interact with. I give her a 5 star. This is what I call customer service at its best and thank you.
