My son and I went to Samira’s for dinner on a Saturday night in mid-May. Service was very good. Food was excellent from the appetizer to the chicken entrees. We will be back soon.
Unique dining experience, accentuated by the medditeranean and middle-eastern flavors and excellent service. An absolute must-visit when in Bloomington. Samira will take your tastebuds international, and you will salivate at the thought of coming back. Dave was our server and he was funny, kind, professional, and attentive. 5 stars through and through.
Haven't been able to visit in a few years due to COVID, but it's still as excellent as I remember. The lamb kabob on their combination is my go to to sample as much of the menu as possible. The grilled and seasoned eggplant with bread as a starter is a nice alternative to just bread and oil.
Food was absolutely great, we loved it! Sophia was awesome. Highly recommend. We will be going back.
Warm ambiance, the waiters were really nice. They moved our tables and made sure we were happy with the seating.Now the food: lamb was uncooked, food was tasteless, I never had lamb meat that was so tasteless so burnt. I'd never go back.
I hate to be a Karen about ONE, bad restaurant experience, however, prospective customers be warned. I made an online order using Seamless (apparently a Grubhub company) for pickup. The order was confirmed and charged to my credit card. When I went to pick it up, the staff told me that Samira DOES NOT work with Seamless and never saw such an order. The waiter/manager was crystal clear about this. If the restaurant does not take orders with Seamless, why is it explicitly offered on their website? I am still trying to recover the charged amount.
Food was quick to the table and delicious!! Highly recommend!

Good service. Always thought about going, never did. My daughter doesn't eat red meat so took her here while visiting. Lots of delicious non meat options. I had lamb ... Delicious. Food has deep flavor and you leave very satisfied. Highly recommend.
We two people dine here. The table for two was little small for us. But it is a very nice place. The naan and eggplant appetizer is great. I had Cornish hen. That is super nice. Here they have little swords instead skewers. Ha ha that's an experience! The waitress was super helpful and nice. She recommended us the soup over salad and to dip naan in the soup and eat. We were delighted!
