I have to admit I was a bit disappointed by my experience here. I’ve heard great things from other friends about this place. The checkout process online was a bit frustrating, they make you put in a tip or select “no tip” if you want to proceed through the checkout process. That’s different than other online stores I order from where the tip is often optional and doesn’t need to be clicked through.Since I ordered online, I also paid online. I picked up my sandwich with no issue and then ran some errands. When I got home I realized my potato salad was missing. I’ve contacted corporate for a refund and will update this post if received.Lastly, the sandwich itself was OK. It’s almost $10 for a sandwich wrap and that would be OK if the wraps were filling. Neither me nor my fiancée found them to be that filling but they were tasty!Overall, this place is too out of the way and just not worth it, in my opinion. Likely won’t be back.Edit: Within less than 3 hours my entire order was refunded (absolutely not necessary as I was just asking for my potato salad fee back but welcome nonetheless). Additionally, as you can see below, the owner responded very professionally and kindly. I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars based on Roly Poly's efforts to rectify my experience. This is some of the best customer service I have received lately (understanding that everyone is short staffed). Keep up the great work Tom and Roly Poly team, I will stop by again to see if I can find a wrap more suited to my tastes.
The staff here, including the owner, have always been incredibly friendly and patient while I try to decide which great sandwich I will get each time. The dine-in area is a little small, but consistently clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. It blows my mind that they occasionally offer free half sandwich coupons if you look in the right places (go ahead and get the full sandwich, we need to keep this place around as an alternative)
This was one of the worst carry out experiences I’ve had. We work at a clinic and a group of us orders from here often. I understand people get busy but we have scheduled lunch times and I placed our order with plenty of time to prepare it, was prompted to pick up so I did. I get there and it is packed which is also understandable, but there were only 2 employees there to handle the rush. Order isn’t ready, there are 5 peoples orders waiting to be filled in front of mine then in walks a 3rd employee talk with red hair, clocks in, sets her stuff down, doesn’t wash her hands, does NOT put gloves on then proceeds to touch and prepare food in the back. At check out they announce they don’t have 3 of the items we ordered and offered an alternative but they were my co workers items so it was difficult to decide for them last minute. We also only got 2 of the 3 items.Order was placed at 12:04 to be picked up at 12:24 wasn’t ready until 12:43 and our lunch is 30 mins. Better planning on our parts maybe, however I feel if a specific time is given it should be ready at that time…..but there was no excuse for the employee not washing her hands/not wearing gloves. That’s completely unsanitary.
Love this place, I can't imagine anyone leaving it a bad review! it always busy and there is a bit of a wait but it's worth it! Tom is a great guy who is passionate about his craft! Food is always amazing healthy and fresh! It's definitely our go to place over fast food! Healthy that tastes great!!
1st time there. Had a BOGO free coupon. Got a free gourmet cookie for my 1st visit. Very friendly and helpful single staff. Got hot pressed ones. Very large and ok price. Free delivery 4 miles from location on west 3rd.
We always try to stop here when we're passing through this area. Everything we've ever had has been delicious, made to order, and very reasonably priced. The owner is usually there and is very friendly to everyone who comes in. We highly recommend Roly Poly!
I'm so happy I rediscovered this place! A lot of local businesses have disappeared and I have been looking for a well-priced sandwich place for awhile. I recently visited and was greeted so kindly by the owner. The menu was excellent! Lots of options and ingredients you don't normally get at other places. And everything is priced the SAME! $8.75 for a big sandwich that lasts two meals?! Yes please. I chatted with the owner for awhile, and really appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor. All the employees seemed very professional and relaxed, it kind of reminded me of the Broad Ripple in the 90s. I will no doubt be returning regularly. I hope they stick around for a long time to come and keep their excellent menu and prices. O yea, and one of the best cookies I've had in town. Viva la Roly Poly!

I have had several of those sandwiches, they all are wonderful. Absolutely love their honey mustard dressing it has a little kick with a touch of horseradish. And their mango chutney is what I usually use on the number 10 sandwich for my salad dressing. Healthy, tasty, fresh food at a very reasonable price. Love it.
Editing to add that I HAVE visited the store. Pretty disgusting that the owner replies to any negative review and pretends they’re not legitimate or earned. Maybe ask questions about what could have improved my experience rather than trying to gaslight a PAYING customer. Be better, guy.
