Fries were hot but tasted burnt. But cashier was really nice and food was good besides the fries. I’ll skip fries next time and everything should be good.
They used to be so good 10 years ago, now when you go there, there's always a manager smoking on the side of the building, the atmosphere looks depressing but much love to the workers on the front line who have to deal with rude customers. They need to invest more in expanding their buildings and in their employees for an even better quality food.
Horrible rude experience here. We were talking amongst ourselves in the car and the women in the speaker wanted to get mouthy and say ..."what was that? I can cancel your order" in a bad tone. Well after us waiting for a while. Horrible service.
LITERALLY the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I don’t like to complain but holy moly. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, ordered an 8pc chicken tender combo for $14. Order all confirmed, I drive off because it’s late and want to get home, and I open the bag to find 3 of the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen and 8 fries. 3 tenders the size of my pointer finger and 8 fries… for $14.We’re the fries bussin? Yes. Will I be back? No. For shame, Rally’s. For SHAME.
People are complaining about food made by minimum wage workers who don't get tipped most of the times. The food still tastes great and this place opens till 3 am.
They close at 1 am not 4 am anymore. It is very annoying I came from 45 mins away craving rallys and this is the only one “nearby” and I get there and they are closed. Online says 2am. And then I got there and they laughed. Not great people
I ordered ahead of time and went to the line and waited over 45 minutes. The people that were drive thru were getting served left and right but the people who called and paid ahead of time sat there for 45 minutes to an hour. My husband was on his lunch break and had to get back and ended up getting in trouble because we didn't think it would be that long. I like the food but the customer service is definitely outrageous. People were moving slower than a sloth and didn't seem to care. At all. Then when I got my food half of my funnell fries were scorching hot at both ends and stone cold in the center. I paid 45 dollars plus a tip. Definitely won't be leaving anymore tips and that's even IF I go back there. You want fast food go to McDonald's or literally anywhere else. Half the price and definitely half the wait time
$4 for French fries! A small French fries that they call a large is $4. And not even fresh or hot.cardboard for $4. No wonder why nobody goes to rallys anymore. Greedy price gaugers
The lady working the window at 12:30am on 3/12 deserves a raise for her attitude alone! Sweetest person in any drive through I've been to yet!
Their prices are outrageous!!! I use to love eating there. I would crave the food and the price, but I can get a delicious all you can eat Chinese food for a better price than rallies. I am pretty sure my trips there will cease.
