Used to be pretty good. The food itself is still OK, but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. They switched to using DoorDash for fulfillment and I haven't had a single delivery actually come in correctly since they did so because the store didn't include items with the order when they gave it to the driver. To make it worse, they're impossible to get a hold of. If you call the phone number, it will just ring for a minute and then cut off - there's no way to contact the store to get your missing items or a refund for them.

Our pizza never showed up! We called the store, and they would not answer the phone. After calling the store for over an hour and a half, they finally answered my call. They said that the delivery service that they use did not pick up the pizza for delivery. By this time, we no longer wanted the pizza and ate dinner at home. We requested a refund of our money, and the employee said the manager comes in at night to settle the till and that she would need to do the refund. Well, it is the following day and I have still not received my refund.Thanks for a bad experience,Scott

When I called to order a pizza, they said 80 minutes for a pick up order! I questioned it, she said that the store was busy......I showed up 40 minutes later...not a soul in the parking lot..dining room empty and dark. When i went in, the employees were hanging out in dining room in the dark. 1 came to assist me...couldnt find my order, asked around, searched again, asked around, searched a 3rd time...found my pizza. Handed it to me, rang me out. If I had waited 80 minutes......it would have been rubber or cold. As it was...the toppings were minimal. It was a $10 three topping large pizza so I guess I shouldnt expect much

After hard day of work got back to hotel called in for a delivery. $36.and some change was told that it be 30 to 35 min for delivery. Over an hour later I find out they subbed delivery out to door dash...what an awful bussiness door dash but was told my food was on way and was given an eta. Then abother text from door dash saying my order was wrong and they were making me a new order then another text daying they switched my dasher all these texts after pizza hut already closed for night so no way for me to call to figure it out. No refunds and no food. Awful way to treat people.Then they respond with that generic chit chat... How about you just give me my money back. Oh yeah been a week now and they have not even issued a refund yet had to dispute with my credit card company cause no one answers phone at the store.

Waited a couple hours and no food. 6+ unanswered calls later they said they would bring my food and a little while later they did but they forgot my main dish. They said they were going back to get it but never came back and wasn’t refunded. Also anytime in the past I’ve ordered and tried to call (because there is always an insanely long wait regardless of time of day) I never get an answer, the phone rings until it automatically hangs up on me.

CUSTOMER BEWAREWhat happend PIZZA HUT?I'm going suggest to anyone that wants Pizza to stay away from Pizza hut to go else where.Unless you want horrible service, nasty cold food and a call center that is a complete joke.When calling the store number it gives you two options press 1 to order (which goes to a call center most likely overseas) or press 2 for inquires which is supposed to go directly to the restaurant (more then likely no one will answer or if they do they hang up)Also what is with the delivery charge of $4.99 when pizza hut is not even delivering food themselves? (SOUNDS SCAMMY)And I'm all about tipping decent until fake fees get added.If your going to order anyway, Good Luck! I'd suggest using a credit card keeping your personal info safe, I'd also suggest keeping cash on hand and tipping the driver your self. Don't tip ahead.My personal experience:I ordered my pizza online around 7:30, it said it would arrive in 20-30 minutes, then said it was on its way. I then patiently waited for over a hour. At which time it was getting late so I tried calling many times after 9:00 pressing 2 no one answered or they would immediately hang up. Finally pressed one, explained to the guy what happend the guy told me he was going to call the store and check and put me on hold a few seconds later he disconnected me as well. Calling back and explaining once again to the same guy, he told me to call the store. He wasn't comprehending I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got snippy with me and told me that was his line was for new orders only and he couldn't do anything about it. When I asked for a refund and told him I wanted my order canceled and the corporate number he said he couldn't help me. So basically he told me at the time I was out $70 and wasn't getting food. I was pisssed as anyone in that position has a right to be.I decided now I had to go out get food somewhere else and stop at pizza hut.A mile down the road around 9:20, I get a text message from "door dash" saying that my food had been picked up and out for delivery. Within 10 minutes this guy was at my door and called me and even waited a couple of minutes for me to get back home.After 9:30 food arrived cold, stale and nasty just like any pizza would be 2 hours after it was cooked..and it wasn't cold out.

I ordered a pizza with them on a saturday night so i was understanding when they told me it would take around an hour to deliver. After 3 hours of waiting, and the website still telling me the pizza was on its way, i decided to call them to ask if i should expect the pizza or go somewhere else so i could stop wasting time. They refused to answer the phone and instead hung up on me shortly after i was put on hold. Ive never written a bad review for a restaurant before but i feel like this is deserving.

I understand short staffing but the way they choose to handle it is ridiculous. I called 2 hours ago to order my food and it still has not arrived. When you call the store you either sit through while it rings and nobody picks up or you get transferred to an out of store hotline. If you don’t have a delivery driver bc of staffing issues, I understand that. What I don’t understand is remaining open for delivery to these hotlines so orders can be placed and then not fulfilling these orders AND refusing to pick up the phone when called about it. At least communicate with your customers or you will lose them.

This pizza hut needs to lock their doors and go home. This use to be a great place. We took big church groups here. Now you can't even walk in, order a pizza and take it home. I tried to yesterday. They told me they were only taking orders for delivery, I told them that was ridiculous! I live in Greene Co so they don't deliver here. Won't ever go back!

there ok other then not answering the phone I ordered bread sticks and didn't get them & pizza was cold because door dash driver couldn't find my address
