Order never arrived, and there is just no process for dealing this this at all. A week later after bugging them some more, I finally got them to agree to a refund.
Order was cancelled without warning. When calling they said the driver tried to call me (didn't recieve a call). It was contactless delivery - never heard a knock despite being by the door. I was called 18 minutes after ordering right at closing saying the driver called and the order was canceled because I didn't pickup.First, the time frame doesnt match up. Even if it went in the oven immediately there's no way the driver was here, called the store to cancel, who then cancelled it, within 18 minutes. Either 1) The driver called before leaving the store, and because i "didn't answer" they just cancelled it (even though they just need to leave at the door and not call!) or 2) the pizza was never made, and they just cancelled it right when the closed because they didn't want to make it.I have a feeling 2 is accurate as the order status never left "making". I had checked literally a couple minutes before the order was cancelled. I'd reccommend going with a different pizza that won't lie to you about attempting a CONTACTLESS delivery, and that will actually deliver during the hours they claim
I ordered two large pizzas for delivery and I live on Kirkwood, so currently they have Kirkwood blocked off for outdoor seating. I was nervous the delivery person would have to call me and meet me somewhere, but they were able to get into my building. I really appreciate them taking the time to park out of their way and enter my building!
This place sucks. After allowing us to place an order and waiting for a half an hour thinking we've got food coming they call us back and tell us our order is ready and ask us if we can pay by credit card instead of cash now when we told them it was going to be a cash deal it was okay when we started the order and a half an hour went by and now it changed so they cancelled our order and management was very rude.
The gm of the store is an exotic Beast who is an engine of good service and qaulity food. This man will have you smiling and begging for more after just one visit. I will be ordering from here again ??
Already was the best "fast food" pizza franchise imo, even without Papa in the house.. but the addition of the stuffed crust pizza (and NY-style pizza) definitively puts it atop pizza mountain, haha! I called one of their stores a few years ago and asked why they didn't have stuffed crust pizza, and the girl responded by saying: "I'm not certain, but that's a great idea!"Now, I'll stop short of taking FULL credit for the Epic Stuffed Crust pizza idea.. but the next time you eat a slice of a stuffed Papa pie, say a "Papa bless" for this local guide.. and maybe spare one for the Papa himself.. ?
Easy online ordering, delivery in the time frame quoted and fresh hot pizza. Gotta love it!!
Two times this month when I have ordered pizza I have gotten sick soon after. The first time my pizza was left on my door and there was no knock so it sat outside for a bit but this time the pizza was slightly cold when it arrived so the way the were kept may be what makes me sick but it’s also could be bad Ingredients
Student spirited pizza great for pick up
The north side papa johns is usually the best well made pizzas out of most papa johns around bloomington. Only give it a 4 star rating due to delivery times witch varies from time to time but usually a bit of a wait. But overall they take their time making the pizza's and is always worth the wait.
