Their lunch hours end at 2:30. I tried from 2:15-2:30 to order online and ran into multiple problems with the billing page. I called at 2:30 on the dot and the lady was adamant that I had to pay their $20 price for the hibatchi chicken instead of the $11 lunchtime price. Despite the fact that I called at 2:30 and explained that I had been having problems with their online ordering. I usually don’t eat here, and now i won’t at all. Z&C is much better priced.
The food was really good. The fried rice wasn't the best
Worst place we have visited in a long time. First time visit and it was aweful. I ordered hibachi chicken and it wasnt edible, smothered in sauce and clearly not cooked on a grill. My husband ordered sweet and sour pork and it was so gristly he couldnt eat it. Very disappointed. We paid $42 for food thay wasnt edible and went next door for italian.
A great hibachi place located across from college mall. We went at peak dinner time and didn’t have to wait for a table which was nice. The chef was entertaining and everyone at the table was having fun. The food was tasty and you get a lot of it. Great place to do birthdays or just a fun dinner out with friends.
Good food made fast!
Food is normally excellent! I ordered crab meat soup for pick up. There was hardly any crab meat in it! Maybe two spoon full where I could taste it. Horrible value!!!
Honestly, Asuka used to be good. But they’ve gone way down hill. Last night, they tried to serve us Italian noodles for the Japanese hibachi noodles.. that they most likely got at the international mart right down the street. And still charging 3 dollars extra.. do they think people won’t notice? I mean they are completely different noodles. Then they substituted it for fried rice that they didn’t even cook in front of us. Food wasn’t the greatest either. Then as we are leaving, we see a cockroach trying to crawl up my chair. Be careful for overcharge and not clean restaurant
The spring rolls were crisp and yummy. The eggs rolls were also tasty with the textures of an egg roll that I love. For my main dish, I ordered the Roast Pork and Shrimp wonton with Mai Fun (Thin White Rice Noodle) Soup. It was TASTY. I would recommend everything I ate again. I've ordered one of the bento box lunches twice before, once in person and once for pickup, and enjoyed them as well.
Great sushi! They make it quick. Wear something warm they aren't shy with the ac.
Ordered a couple Chinese dishes and all of them were subpar. Duck on rice was 80% bone and skin! Roasted pork was rubbery and overcooked with bad choice of pork meat part used. While I didn't expect much from $5 Shumai, I was shocked that it was simply half pack of cheap frozen Shumai you can buy from Asian groceries! I'd not order Chinese food from here. Sushi might be good though but I haven't tried yet.
