Ordered two steak egg an cheese bagels 30 minutes later we get our order cause they had to get new bagels. Got home the bagels were hard an no eggs. Call in they replace the order gf goes an gets it. Guess what no eggs again .......
If I could give this McDonald's a 0 I would. The staff is rude and the restaurant is dirty. They are on their phones instead of helping customers. Telling customers to order on the kiosk whenever they're standing there texting. Not wearing gloves. I went the drive through and waited 15 mins and never got an order in. This has happened more than once. Once I came in I ordered and the kiosk didn't give me a receipt so I went to the front counter. I was greeted after 20 minutes with a "you can order on a kiosk" not one question of what I needed. I then waited over 30 minutes for my food. I never got the receipt which I continuously asked for 5 times. I finally just gave up on that idea. Checked my food (I had to tell them what I had in my order). RUDE Workers, DISGUSTING, AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I know a ton of other customers that were there unsatisfied and had their orders incorrect multiple times.
I've never been treated more poorly by a fast-food worker than at this location and I'm truly appalled. My very simple order of 6 PC Happy Meal w/apples was incorrect and by incorrect , I mean they literally gave me a box with only fries inside. A very young male, who appeared like he'd just smoked with Cheech and Chong, was working the drive-thru. He slammed the window so hard when I told him my order was only half there, I honestly thought it was going to shatter. He proceeds to throw the rest of the order at me and slams the window in my face a second time. Never again will I return.
This place was terrible. Had to use kiosk to order. I ordered a big Mac meal and it did not have pickles on it and the patties tasted like they had been sitting on the grill for a very long time. Had to get a associates attention just to get ketchup.
This McDonald's is the worst I have ever been to. Unfortunately in a hurry, we still have to swing by there. We just don't have expectations of the place anymore. They are rude when they answer the phone. When they are out of product when you order, they don't tell you, they just hand out your bag with missing items that you pay for. They give you 1 napkin. They should hand out packs of sugar instead of adding it themselves because no one ever remembers to add sugar to coffee after you order and pay for it. Maybe one day they will get their stuff together.
The inside was a mess. Tables were not clean. The fountain area had spilled soda all over the counter and the floor was sticky with spilled soda. It was a total mess .The food was terrible! My hamburger tasted like it was picked up from the floor. My wifes hambergur was thrown together with so much ketchup and mustard that she had to scrape it all off and rebuild her sandwhich so she could eat it. She ordered the bacon deluxe quarter pounder and only got one piece of bacon. There was food all over the floor. We asked for cups for the ketchup dispenser and we were told no.They didn't have any and was brought a chicken nugget box with ketchup in it.The ice cream machine had ice cream running out from under the machine and no one was making any effort to clean it up. The bathrooms were a complete disaster. Dirty, sticky floor, toilet paper dispenser lid was off, laying on the floor with a roll of toilet paper laying on top. This was in the handicapped stall. Not everyone can bend over and pick something on the floor. We have never seen a restaurant in such bad shape.We write this in hopes someone does something about it. This McDonald's needs to have the health inspector come out and investigate the conditions of the restaurant. My wife and I will not be back. Please look into this. It truly is a health hazard.
Ice cream machine occasionally operational, always the same nice lady who takes my order who must work 24/7.
No slow and I put their sandwiches sloppy till they make them they're sloppy and then they have a kid in there about maybe four or five years old should not be in there why the parent is working
The last few times I have ordered in the drive thru, my sandwiches taste like they have been sitting out for an hour waiting to be served. The buns are so stale and the meat is so cold that the cheese can’t even start to melt. You charge too much for this quality of food!!! Get it together!!!!!
There was only one worker able to assist us, the employ was able to run the window and front when possible. Was very upfront about her situation and done well considering the situation she was in. Well done ?❤️
