Other than waiting in the drive thru for 25 min and having to repeat my order over 3 times at the speaker, at least the food was fresh and correct.
The 2 employees we encountered were not friendly at all. Our order was wrong. I ordered a sm fry w/NO SALT. I RECEIVED A SM SALTED AND A LG NO SALT. The Big Mac bun was soo stale at completely fell apart. The sandwich was such a sloppy mess that I had to wait till home to use a fork. A very bad experience, will not patron this location again.
Service here is not the greatest and they always forget food :/ they've handed me someone else's food..I looked thru the bag before realizing it was the wrong order and they handed it right to the other car.. UNSANITARY especially since covid. My hand was all up in the bag before the handed it to someone else..YIKES
I was trying to enjoy my breakfast on monday July 18th the lady working was very rude she was yelling and screaming at a customer just not a very good experience
The food was hot and fresh! Employees were friendly except the lady who took my payment. She seemed to have an attitude.
I didn't eat here. I had stopped to use the restroom. I had planned to get something to take with me to drink. The bathroom Was a Disaster! Had to go somewhere else to use one!
I used my pts for a free large ice coffee, and the lady rubg up a large coffee too and kept asking me if i wanted anything else because she couldn't take it off i told her no . So when i pulled up to the window SHE TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY FOR THE COFFEE I DIDNT WANT, then became tude when i showed her the app and said " well can you let me finish" then lied . She went and got her manger who simply fixed it when all she had to say was i'll have my manger fix it . Ive worked in fast food ik know accidents work . It clearly seemed by the way she was acting at the window she needed to try again tomorrow
Too expensive..20 bucks for 2 sandwiches 1 med fry a coke and a 2 dollar mocha. We can not afford gas and food. This is a hot mess and i do not see it changing for the better..3☹
Was asked what we would like to order, at EXACTLY, 10:30am, looking for breakfast but was denied. So got lunch, and you would think the fries would be crispy and fresh, nope, barely warm and soggy. Customer service was at least decent today
I waited 19 minutes to get an egg McMuffin. I thought at first it was closed because the grass and landscaping was overgrown. Got to the window and the young lady couldn’t figure out the register. I am not usually critical of fast food restaurants but this was over the top!
