I just ate the best Mcdonald's double cheeseburger I have ever had in my entire life at this location. It was so good that I had to go find this feedback link to tell you to give whoever is working in that kitchen at this hour a raise. You would be so proud. Almost contemplated going back just to get another it was that good. Wow. It's not very often you get an employee in food industry that does this damn good of a job, especially at Mcdonalds (no offense). Please do whatever you can to keep that person on the grill.

I experienced a very intentionally rude employee this morning, I believe the Manager. No registers were open inside and were directed to use the kiosk. I simply stated that I was technology illiterate and I wanted to place a special order too. She snapped back at me “You’ll just have to wait! We have other customers to take care of!” I politely said fine and waited for a cashier. Two other employees appeared to be astounded by her rudeness. I’m also not going to lie, I gave her the double bird a few times while her back was turned. I receive my order and head out to the truck. Of course, I’m missing the two sausages I ordered. I put everything back inside, only to find this employee talking smack about me. She immediately hands me the sausages and I believe it was intentional. I called her out on talking smack about me. She called me an irate customer and I told her she was a horrible customer service employee. She than told me to leave and never come back. I am a 56 year old woman and never once raised my voice with her nor do I say any cuss words. She was just outrageous!

I've never left a review for a place, and this might be more of a corporate issue but if the location isn't 24hrs the website should reflect that, I tried 2 different 24hour locations this morning and both had all store and drive through lights on so I thought they were a safe bet. Both stores also had employees in it, but the first store had cones in the drive thru- no big deal, things happen, there's another 24hour one a little out of my way but it's fine. All lights on, employees in the building, and at the menus I'm told they're closed. So when do they open?

Had breakfast for the first time in a long time since they have added "chicken" to their breakfast menu... The chicken is not chicken, more like fake or rib meat patty.. horrible and the orange juice was horribly watered down! Last time.. I'll stick to Wendy's for my breakfast chicken sandwich!!

Horrible service. Attempted to utilize a deal I had on the app. They told me it expired, the system said it expired yet it has nothing but expiration of today and states use before midnight. She asked me if it had a time on it, it did not and should have been honored. I mean for 3 dollar fry and coke you’d rather turn a customer away. Ridiculous!! I went to Wendy’s instead, they have better food and better quality altogether.

What happened to breakfast all day? Are we back to 1990? Way to go back in time McDonald's! If we're doing that bring back the lard for the fries they taste better. Let the 3 vegans go somewhere else! Stop catering to 3 people who would beer eat here anyway. ?

Absolutely horrendous service. Our food is always undercooked and comes with a weird aftertaste from the grease not being changed out. Our drinks are not what we ordered and in some cases even tastes like the chemicals used to clean the machine.As if all of that isn’t enough, the service is abysmal. The wait times are out of hand, often waiting in the drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes- often times waiting just to order, not including the time waiting for the food!!! Whenever confronted with the problems listed above, the staff is confrontational and gives us an attitude about it. When they aren’t fighting us, they are so out of it that it is abundantly clear that they are under the influence.Today was the absolute last straw. We will not be coming back to this location until the management actually does something to fix these issues.

I've had nothing but terrible service from this place. Today was the worst. I got my food and the sandwhich boxes were covered in mayo, or something. When I asked to have it fixed, the manager just handed the food back, stating that there was nothing wrong with the food. Didnt ever change out the box.How could they even hand me food contaminated like that? Do they even bother to clean the food assembly counter or just leave random food and trash all over it to get in the food?! Is the food made here even safe?Do not recommend this. Bad, unsafe food and terrible customer service.

Drive thru always closed in the morning or it’s closed due to no manager on site. Pathetic

Where do I start... Stood at counter for about 5 min patiently. Eventually the girl with the grey hair approached the counter. Did not make eye contact with me and played on the screen. I said, "can I make an order?" Her response was "yeah well I'm standing here." After waiting patiently there was no need for a rude response and tone. None of the employees were wearing gloves and going in and out to smoke cigarettes. Women's bathroom had no soap and the only two sanitizers in the lobby weren't working either. The employee in the bathroom with me said the soap has been out for 2 days. She was picking TP next to the toilet up with her bare hands... And least she did something I guess.... but COME ON. I got some soap from the men's. Employee was on the phone complaining to someone who I assume was a manager about how another employee was supposed to clean the bathroom but disappeared. Also one of the delivery drivers had a bloody lip like he just got in a fight and another one of the guys said "I work here" who looked homeless while he hung out at a table... Thinking he was the one who disappeared since I heard her say "what's he doing?!" Overall... A total embarrassment of an establishment. Be lucky if I don't get corona from your burgers that's if the cashier didn't spit in it too but I was starving
