Stop for breakfast at 7am. They have the new sign up now pouring coke zero when I tried to get a coke zero was told we don't have that. Sat down to eat the tables we streaky place wasn't overly clean. All I got from person behind counter was its my 1st day. Great ask someone who knows... poor leadership
Have not gotten food at this location yet. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. You will scrape the bottom of your car on the road going in and out due to how the entrance is designed here.
Stopped while traveling to use facilities and grab a snack. Bathroom was dirty. Toilets looked like they haven't had a brush in them for a very long time, soap dispenser broke. Couldn't order at counter. There was a large sign placed by register that read "please order at kiosk and if you need to pay with cash then come to the register for change. Absolutely not!! There was a worker behind the counter that could clearly take an order or better yet since he couldn't take an order maybe he could go clean those nasty bathrooms. Should have read reviews before stopping but it's a quick stop right off the interstate in what seems like a nice area but looks can be very deceiving. No worries though we make this trip often and will not make the mistake of stopping here again.
It was a brisk Monday morning when I walked into this McDonald's and ordered 60 mcmuffins, I was approached by a blonde manager bearing a name tag that read "Tierra" I thought to myself "oh here we go this lady has the boujeest name ive ever seen" she said, with the confidence of a lion taking down a gazelle, "sir we will have your order done in no time." I barely waited 5 minutes, and in that 5 minutes I witnessed a work crew, and I dont even really like saying it like that because what I really saw was pure magic, everyone there was so in tune and functioned like a well oiled machine. Too this day ive never seen anything so majestic and awe inspiring. Thank you Tierra and thank you north side McDonald's!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!
This McDonald's is infamously known for the way the workers take their sweet *** time. Rude(I could say a bunch of other nasty words) to the point where I feel sorry for those you have to be in charge of this operation. Embarrassing. At one time this was an exemplary McDonald's. Now it's just a Northside nuisance. I can even say one morning it took them seven attempts, at getting my order right. All I ordered was a sausage McMuffin, sheesh.
I asked for coffee with chocolate syrup and they gave me tea and put creamer and chocolate in it and called it good LMAO it’s so sweat it literally tastes like they dumped sugar in SWEET tea. I just wanted coffee that wasn’t too bitter, dude. Me and my boyfriend feel too sick to even drink it.
Floors and windows are dirty and I mean dirty. Spilled drinks just untouched for hours, there are flies in the mccafe stand, the walls are consistently oil and we wont talk about the bathrooms. My toilet is cleaner than this establishment. How does the health inspector not close them?
Understaffed, couldnt keep track of which orders they did, they couldnt even let customers know that they were out of an item until they already ordered and paid for it. It took 40 mins just to get my drinks and that was before i ordered food and i got the food before my drink! They seem to not even know what salt is either at northside. Sorry but I've worked fast food, so ive been there and i can say ya'll can do sooooo much better then this. Get it together and serve your customers right. 100% is what should be and 110% is what employees are expected to be.
By far the worst McDonald’s in southern Indiana. Always forgetting food and giving you the wrong drinks. Horrible.
Ordered in drive thru. Paid. Got my bag of food. Pulled off and checked the bag. I was missing two hash browns and my hot sauce for the burritos. I got back in the drive the drive thru and let them know. I pulled around to first window she said she let the second window know and to pull ahead. Well yhe second window was very confused and asked me to pull forward. So I did and I sat there for another 9 minutes or so. They brought out the bag to me and walked away. I looked in the bag and they had given me 1 hash brown, not two that I had ordered. The line had gotten longer at this point and so McDonald's was able to successfully take up my time and steal my money. Absolutely ridiculous and nothing I can do. Sad.
