This place is terrible. Went there on 8/1/22 about 9am, and waited 20 minutes inside the store for 2 sausage biscuits. Another person came inside the store about 15 minutes after me, ordered, and received his order before me - and he ordered more food than me. A guy working there clicked my order off, as if was complete, then went to the register to take 3 different orders, while my food was just sitting there. I had to ask to finally get my food. Got home and the sausage biscuits were rock-hard and cold - Inedible. Won’t be going back to this McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s in Bloomington. I’ve had multiple issues at EVERY one. They’re ALL bad! Area manager or someone needs to fix these bad stores.
The food was good. I used the app and got a discount on my meal. That was nice.
Very rarely do I ever find something to complain about at this McDonald's. This one is far and few between. Are there occasional annoyances? Sure. Is the customer service like Chick-fil-A? No. But I consistently receive the best McDonald's food out of any of the others in Bloomington. Shout-out to Richard! Great deals through the app make everything worth it. I don't go to McDonald's to be treated like a king, I go there to eat mildly questionable nutrients that probably isn't the best for my stomach yet gives me a huge serotonin boost.
I feel bad for the staff. Three people were alone to run the entire restaurant. One guy was walking out, I overheard he wasn't paid. So, three stars, one for each person working there.
I would give less stars if I could.It's 10:38pm and not a single employee is answering the Drive thru or the phone, I just left and I hope corporate sees this and takes action. Employees outside smoking and standing while a customer is being ignored.
Food was gross. The girl on fries kept whipping her long hair side to side getting hair everywhere. Service was horrible and slow. Orders were veing mixed up
Food took a long time and it was cold when I got it. Didn't get the right size drink and the excuse I got was they were out of that size cup so the gave me the smaller size.
Ordered big Mac through drive thur. Waited for it to be made. Recieved a ice cold burger with cheese, not melted and rock hard stale bun. Went in to return it and the employee did not ask if they could help me. She just said, what do you need? I showed her and she had another one made. EXACT SAME BIG MAC!! Cold and stale. $5.39Never again rude employees and horrible food.
One of the better McDonald's I been to. Food is cooked well and the fries are hot. Coffee is perfect.
This is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the whole county, they’re all terrible but this one tops the cake. There’s a reason these 50 year olds will never work anywhere but McDonald’s. They have no consumer values or work ethic, just strung out.
