What’s the point of ordering to-go online if the employees just ignore you for 10 minutes in the to-go line? I wish I could say this wasn’t a regular occurrence but it is. Bring back the to-go bookcase if you don’t want the employees to have to help with the to-go orders. Also, some of the food is inconsistent with how it is prepared at this restaurant, I presume based on who is working that day. Finally, there is a check box online if you want a pickle with your sandwich, if you say yes, 90% of the time it is ignored and you don’t get the pickle.
Got the pick 2 to go. The salad, pecanberry, didn't have any dressing on it after they carefully asked what dressing I would like. Didn't include the pickle with my sandwich after asking if I wanted it. I had to ask for the drink I ordered twice. They were very nice behind the counter but seemed more content to gossip with each other then complete an order. The place was clean inside. Would not go back or recommend.
Whatever you do, DONT GET THE CHILI. I have had the worst food poisoning of my life for the last 16 hours because of their chili. Honestly won’t come back here again. Just absolutely foul.
I eat at McAlisters pretty regularly but I'm very disappointed with my recent visit. I came in to eat with my elderly father, who struggles cognitively. My father was clearly struggling to order and pay for his meal, and I was trying my best to help. The entire time we stood at the counter ordering, the kid who was taking our order kept snickering and laughing with his coworker about my father. Really? Is this the kind of employee you want representing your restaurant? It is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I would expect better from this place.
The generous amount of lemon slices was great. The cranberry turkey sandwich left something to be desired b/c of the small amount of cranberry spread. I was disappointed. Your establishment was clean and the music was pleasant to my taste.
Fun lunch with friends. Food was excellent- had grilled chicken salad. Recommend.
A few times a year we will head to McAlister’s for a lunch date which almost always includes a soup, salad, and sandwich. We got the Savannah Salad, vegetable soup, and the italian sandwich. You will not find a more fresh prepared salad with a generous amount of toppings in this city. We have never personally had poor service, however the prices are a bit too steep for the quality of food, thus the deduction of a star. We will always go back!
This location ignores CDC information, and still forces people to wear masks. The owner says at least they're following the rules, I wonder how many people got sick being forced to wear somethings that does not work. You know a false sense of protection.
Preordered food from McAlister’s for a special event I was hosting. Showed up at restaurant to get food and NONE of it was ready or even started. I couldn’t wait for them to make all the food so asked Manager to deliver the food. Manager refused to deliver the order to event location. Location was 12 minutes away. Very poorly managed and rude manager. Will never return to this location.
I went in and the place had only a few customers and I was the only one that was waiting to order. There were 3 employees just standing and doing nothing but none of them even acknowledged me and they saw me standing there waiting so I left after waiting for a while. They locked the door after I left when they still had an hour left. I never said anything to them or showed any signs of rude behavior, but what they did was absolutely unacceptable. If you're not take anymore orders, at least let the coustomer know. I ended up ordering from Noodles and company instead which closed at the same time as they do.
