Everything made in this restaurant is a complete disaster. Had tried K food everywhere in US and this got be the best nightmare ever. Dishes taste awful, poor service never came ever last to refill water. They pretend to not see you to serve you but only show up quickly for bill. Never ever waste your money there. Worst K food in town.
Server was nice but slow, I think it is because they were shorting people for work. Understandable. Was doing the BBQ, meat was marinated.Order a chicken stew or soup, was awesome.
Only giving two stars instead of one since my family was happy. Went to have the barbeque experience with my family and explained that I'm a pescatatrian, they still refused to sub one meat for shrimp because they have a no sub policy. This is not because shrimp is more expensive. They had shrimp in other combos with squid and steak. But who wants squid exactly?Very disappointed they couldn't make an exception or even offer a compromised upcharge. This is not a corporate chain where exceptions come from the top down.This is just a man or woman in the back saying no and making no exceptions for dietary restrictions. Lost any future business from me in the near future (I'm sure my family will want to go back sometime) and left me feeling bad with poor hospitality.I'm generally not into the idea of leaving a local business a bad review, but this was unacceptable, especially as their pricing is already too high to begin with.Further, this was two days before Christmas as our nice dinner out for the holidays... ?In retrospect we should have just got a la carte bbq items instead of the combo. But we went there with that mindset since the combos are enough to feed a family of 4.
Decor could use a little revamping, but the food is delicious. Cooking it at the table brings a whole fun experience to eating! Loved it!
The bibimbap bowl was good but a little sparse in ingredients. The ramen spicy seafood soup was delicious. Prices are in line with other places. Service was okay but they are short-handed so it's understandable.
Out standing culinary. Staff very friendly, clean. First time with this culture of culinary. Will definitely go again and recommend.
Waited 25 mins to receive our (2 people) KBBQ meat, even though a group of 5 received their meat and started eating before us. Had to flag down/call server so that they could change the grill and give us our bill (even as they serviced those around us). I’m very patient but this was just bad service. I was also shocked when I saw that they had added auto gratuity as well. While the KBBQ is pretty solid, only come here if you have time, period.
Loved side dishes and the food was served very hot and fresh and tasted great too.
The worst Korean BBQ in the USA. The food was not fresh and the service was terrible. The price was ridiculous. I am so sorry for the guys who have only tried this Korean BBQ restaurant. You guys deserve a much better one with the same price level!!!
