There aren't many LJS left in central Indiana. I don't often eat inside fast food restaurants these days but I do at this location, it is always clean and has quick service.
The last time i had eaten at long john silvers was 2019 in dubois county. Very good fish and chicken and a welcome change from the occasional buger and fries.
Haven't been there in over a year. Won't be back. Saw some things happening behind the counter that shouldn't have happened.Cashier was also cook. Not a good combination without gloves or hand sink close by.Some employees, I assume, were new and had no clue how bowls were prepared nor what was in the combos.Drive through was very backed up.
What's with their floors?They are always slick or slimey.Fall Hazzard for elderly,or anyone who's not expecting them to be that way.LJS needs to change the flooring in their stores!!!
Drive through took forever. B ot sure if it was the woman no ON FOOT AT DRIVE THROUGH front was closed due to a labor shortage brought on by government handouts. But food was hot and tasted exa5as expected.
When I pulled up to speaker, I was called a sir and I hadn't even said anything! I spent $25 on two meals and the fish was old and the fries soggy! They were not busy when I was in drive thru! When not busy they should cook to order! Will not be eating here again! I pray I do not get sick from the food.
One car in front of me at the menu/ speaker. That took about 5 mins, then that car proceeded. Before I reached the menu/speaker I could her a males voice a bit but not enough to understand what he was saying. Once I was able to reach it, I asked if they could repeat what they said because I wasn't close enough to hear. In a rude manor and voice I was told that there was going to be a 15 min wait to order! So long story short, I waited about 5 mins, left and drove to Ellettsville to Chicago Pizza turned around and drove back to the same Long John's Silvers. There was one car once again at the menu/speaker. The wait was about a min. I gave my order then proceeded to the window. Once at the window it was another 10 min wait before I received my food! Now this is my lunch and dinner after work on my drive home to Indy. Once I started eating my food about a mile driving down the road. The chicken still had cold spots with undercooked batter on it. The chicken was also tough. This is the worst Long John's Silvers I've ate at. I will not go back.
Everytime we go there the people are always nice our food is always fresh and hot. Also shout out to Calvin (I really hope that's your name) for not letting me drive off with out my drink today
We love LJS but can no longer do the grease.. this visit was extremely greasy.. goodbye, we will remember the flavor of the past.West 3rd St. Bloomington
This restaurant was the worse place I've ever eaten at food just soaked grease on my clothes it was cold took 2 hrs to deliver. I don't understand why it has gone down hill so much
