Food was great, service was good even though sport staffed

I'm not really sure what happened with their chicken but the family bucket was awful. Every piece of chicken was same size (the size of a wing) and falling apart at the boneThe sides were good and the biscuits were soft
I would really just love to sit and ask the GM of this KFC and ask them like a million questions, 1 why do you never have any chicken. 2. In what world does making the restaurant delivery only make any sense. Just say screw yall do anyone that drives to the store. 3. I don’t even sit inside places but all still don’t have the lobby open. It’s 2022 open the lobby. And like a 40 dozen other questions but the GM or the just regular store managers are probably do dumb to give me a decent answers
Gave me half the chicken I ordered, terrible service but the food was alright.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The chicken I ordered was pink, cold and tasted old as if it had been sitting out for an entire day, not only that but the biscuit I ordered was hard and stale. This is ridiculous, and I will never ever be eating from this place again, I feel sick after eating here. I would not recommend to anyone, please eat anywhere but here!
No staff and an excuse they have no chicken!!! LoL... Closed early yesterday at 8pm.
I got turned away at the drive thru at two separate occasions because they were too focused on online/door dash orders. You think that customers in store would have a priority.
