When i get delivery from this place there is almost always something wrong. Worst things are when the mayo is as consistent as water and that one time when the delivered it to a house about a block away. Employee issue maybe. This is the only jimmy johns in town that gives me these problems. This isn’t just a couple inconveniences. This has been going on for years in my current house and every time I order, I always expect at least one thing to go wrong.
Very rude, caddy, and terrible service. Came in and wasn’t even acknowledged for waiting 5 mins while no one else was in the building. Cashier/cook took my order and got mad when I asked for something different because I don’t like cold chicken even after apologizing. Got my sandwich slammed down and politely said thank you with no response.
Super slow delivery. took 3 HOURS to get my food. when I called to find out where my food was the staff was very rude. I do not recommend going here, there are way better sandwich places in town.
This place gave me food poisoning last night. Please do not go here or you will end up like me.
Freaky slow delivery. It ususally takes 1-2 hours to get a sandwhich delivered....like consitently slow delivery every time me or my friends order. Just go in person if you want a sandwhich.

Cashier was rude and would not allow me to order food because I didn’t have a mask…however they also did not offer to provide me with one. I would recommend to literally go anywhere else!
Atrocious. I went in today for a sandwich and the amount of negative, mean-spirited and unhelpful comments I overheard coming from one of the managers to one of the workers was disgusting. I genuinely wished I could have caught her name to make an official complaint. There's a shortage on workers— and you're treating your team like this? This manager even went as far as to, very inappropriately, attempt to justify the abuse she was hurtling at this poor girl to one of the other customers. I will not be returning to this location until the taste of verbal abuse makes it's way out of the deli meats.
The food is always correct but the delivery is incredibly slow. Once “Out for Delivery” it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We live 5 minutes from the store, no idea what takes so long.
They have the best and softest bread I've ever had in a sub sandwich
