"Super 6" 2 "Snickerdoodle", 3 "M&M Classic" cookies, and 1 Deluxe "Smore's".All the cookies were very soft and gooey like a good warm cookie should be.Service was good with attentative and knowledgeable employees.Store front was okay, milk containers in retail bulk packaging were sitting on the customer seating counter the whole time we were there which seemed weird. So take that for what you will when buying a combo with milk.

Cookies looked and tasted okay. While I was waiting I saw the worker opening a new pack of chips ahoy!!!! Major red alert. Then there were rats crawling on the floor and playing smooth jazz. Manager started cutting my hair and charged me for the haircut. 100% would not recommend!!

4 hours past estimated delivery time, still no food. No updates from Insomnia at all, even after the kind GrubHub rep I talked to at around 2 or 3 hours in said they "updated" the restaurant on my order, which I assume means "reminded of". I first called Insomnia, but their automated menu told me to talk to GH about GH orders. Considering calling and ignoring that to talk to a person, but the impression I get, especially from other reviewers, is that the employees don't particularly care to do their jobs well. I do understand that the labor shortage is probably hitting Insomnia as hard as anyone else. It would just have been much more acceptable to be told my order was canceled, or that it would be x hours late. Instead, the GrubHub app thinks my delivery is complete, Insomnia have my money and I have been given no indication that I will ever actually receive my cookies. Won't be ordering from here again. Which is a shame because I've had these cookies once before, and said they were some of the best cookies I've ever had.
Staff was rude and rushed customers. Yelled for customer to hurry orders.
The gentleman (being nice by calling him that) did not greet us with a hello but, "we don't have cookies for 40 minutes." Felt very unwelcomed. My husband and my 2 girls were treated poorly. When we asked where we could find other baked goods, " He told us to go to Walmart." Will never go back.
