Food is relatively good, but nothing special. Some servers are nice and considerate, others are way yoo rude or careless.But one thing to improve ASAP is cleanliness. Almost every time I go there (10+) bathrooms are dirty, toilet paper on the floor and toilets are gross. Almost lost my appetite last time.
Ordered the ham melt w/onion rings n it was good. Fiancee Ordered BLT w/fries, she got 1 piece of lettuce n 3 slices of bacon. Server was very un-attentive n seemed to dislike getting us refills n even silverware.
We ate here on a lazy Tuesday evening. Everything was delicious and our food came in a timely manner. Would recommend.
They were obviously understaffed but they made sure everyone was taken care of regardless. They had great attitudes even though you could tell they were overwhelmed. Food was amazing. Even being shortstaffed, we were checked on several times. Great experience overall.
The server's name on the receipt is Tammy, but I am not sure. The old lady was one of the best servers I have ever seen. She was like one of the senior flight attendances of Delta Airline. The food was as good as always.
Service was poor. The server forgot straws for our drinks. When she brought the shakes my kids wanted no straws again. We had to ask another server for them. She also forgot to order my wife's food. She said it would be 4 minutes. The food arrived 12 minutes after the order was put in. Not happy at all!!
The last several times we have visited this location, they have been very short staffed. The young man that helps us, though stressed and overwhelmed, is always polite and respectful.The manager (a young woman) always makes her rounds and speaks with every table.The food here is amazing. Big thumbs up to the Cooks.
Ordered cupcake pancakes to go and when I opened the container there was only a tiny amount of the sauce on one of the four pancakes (and not enough to even cover that one) horribly disappointed

I love going to IHOP with my husband. They have a wide variety of foods to try and staff are very friendly and are quick to get to their customers and meet their needs. I give 4 out of 5 stars because it is super crowded on the weekends and I wouldn't reccomend going there. Their coffee is amazing though and so are the milkshakes!
