Lovely small Thai restaurant near downtown Bloomington. The green curry was excellent. Lunch menu, under $10, included soup.
I love this place! One of the better Thai restaurants in the Bloomington area. Portions are on the smaller side, but it makes up for it in flavor. I recommend going for lunch over dinner, as the lunch portions are cheaper and include a soup and spring roll as well. Thai tea is a must try!
Very delicious, home style Thai food. This place is hugely popular for carry out but worth the wait.
The pork Pad Thai is amazing and I always get the Thai Iced Tea
Studying for finals and decided to order from this restaurant for the first time and will never order from them again. I don’t know if this is how Indiana does their Thai food but never have I ever gotten a chicken entrée in a soup cup. & I know it’s a lunch portion but the chicken is insufficient. Do not recommend this to anyone, even my enemies. Total garbage. Also it’s called cashew chicken, and there are like 6-7 cashews. I know Asian culture differs, but if you’re serving in America, serve reasonable portions to your customers. Lastly, their inability to follow instructions to make it spicy and failing to do so is unacceptable incompetence, especially when you clearly give the customer the option to click the spicy level.
I can't rate the food because we never got it. We walked in and ordered some items for take out. They seemed busy and said 30 minutes. Ok, fine. No food after 30, 45, 60 minutes and we find out that they still haven't started preparing it. We finally had to demand a refund. Apparently, all GrubHub orders are first priority and our order kept getting bumped back by online orders. So, unless you order through Grubhub, forget this place. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere.
The Thai Shumai and yellow curry we're greatPortions were small
Food was very good ! Environment was inviting and clean appearance. Service was very good. Responsive staff, courteous, and with a smile. I will eat there again. And recommend to try if you have not .
The $8.99 lunch special comes with soup. The soup was bullion cube soup with very few freeze dried vegetables in it - it was bad. I ordered a spice level 3 Mixed Vegetables with chicken plate and it came out as a very bland level 1 - I should have sent it back but by this point on I given up hopes of enjoying my lunch. The steamed rice was excellent though. The Red Curry Chicken special was decent but no home run by any means. My daughter one sip of the Thai Iced Tea and left the rest. Avoid.
My new favorite Thai place in town! Unlike other Thai restaurants in the area, this one takes the cake for service and convenience. They have a large parking lot which makes it very easy to get take-out quickly and not have to pay for parking. Their employees are nice and professional, and the food is amazing. The price is low and on par with other Thai restaurants in town, and the quality is great. The only downside is that it’s located on a one way so it can be hard to get to.
