Food is ok. However, y’all need to get that lady some help, place was packed and she’s working alone. Also another customer found a young couple in the restroom, banging heroin into their arms. Can’t be letting people like that in your establishment, it’s bad for business
Favorite Chinese place and would give five star but they raised carry out for dinner to almost $11 from $7 recently so will be cutting back on going there.
They stole my money. Chinese grouch,.she called police on me. Customer calls police on them for their treatment she never gave me my $60. Back I told her to look in the boxes some does not have food . I was told no again and police said I could not go back there again . They kept my $60. Would not let me put other foods in it.That place will be taken to court for stealing my money.A huge thanks for the support from so many ppl .standing up for me.I purchased 6 to go boxes. It cost me $60.00I pay, go back to where the food is. And noticed "7" of the pans were empty. I ask how long will it take. I was told. Now.they bring it out.i waited. Mean time I decided to put in the boxes what was on the kids list .I also put rice in 2 boxs. I ask again but now 15 min ..no food brought out .. other ppl were waiting too.no food was brought out.So after 25 MIN. My boxes have very little in them. In fact 2 are completely empty. I ask again. And told the Chinese grouch woman. It's been too long. I need to go. Just give me back my money she said NO .. I ASK WHY...THEN OTHER PPL STOOD UP FOR ME. They wanted to talk to the manager. The Chinese grouch said hateful NO.. they decided they wanted their money back . Said they did not go there to see ssheand hear this Chinese grouch yell at me, put medown down. Some got their money back, follow me around goes
Terrible service. I guess it’s a family owned business the owner allows his employees to yell and be rude to customers. And you cant report them technically since they’re family owned business and there’s no one above them. Never had such a horrible experience in my life. Couldn’t enjoy the food but I will say the food was not worth either. Not to mention if you don’t eat all your food you get charged extra.
Pretty much self serve. Server got drink but I had to get my own straw and silverware. She essentially is a "busboy". The interior was outdated and need of a lot of repair. I was there at 6 pm (dinner rush) and the food was dried out and somewhat cold. There are dwfinetly better Asian buffet restaurants in Bloomington. I was never offered a menu and had to prepay for my food so I assume this is buffet only. Sorry to anyone that would want fresh cooked food. Overall, I would recommend any other Asian restaurant other than this one.
Just like a chinese buffet should be. Service was quick, food was hot, dessert was great!!! Waiter kept our table clean.
Definitely my favorite Chinese Restaurant to eat at. We usually get to go boxes for about $8-10 depending the time. I've been eating there for years & I've never had an issue with them ?
Just came here for dinner on Christmas Eve store pretty empty , middle aged balding chef was talking so bad about me and other guests eating , and how they are the only place open, as a business owner I'd be disappointed in my staff because I'm sure they pulled in nice cash flow this evening, no need to be rude. Otherwise the food was great
