This hotel is phenomenal in every way. The way it incorporated the town and the feel of Bloomington and Indiana university is perfect. The room and ambiance was truly one of the best I've ever seen. I mean we had a ping pong table on our elaborate and large balcony. Every was tasteful and clean and the staff seem courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!!
Very clean rooms and unique decor. Spacious enough for our family of four. Dylan and Max were excellent in the valet with getting the vehicle (only $5 more than self park) and helping with luggage. Thank you!

Great Valet!The Graduate deserves high accolades and at least a million stars for its outstanding service and staff and especially friendly valet Marcus Omstead. Always welcoming and uplifting, Marcus is someone who goes out of his way to provide any help he can to guests. A true asset (like everyone else who works there) to the Graduate community!
Really liked it. Was very convenient with a car-parking garage easy to use. I didn't eat in the restaurant or use the patio or other amenities so I can't comment on that. Comfortable, clean, value was there. The only thing keeping me from a 5star was that our room didn't have a microwave.
I worked here for 3 days. Those 3 days the housekeeping manager talked about every employee to every other employee. Then I never got paid. They sent me a W-2, I called to let them know I never received a paycheck. Guess what? Their "GM" still hasn't called back. It's been almost 3 weeks. So I let the BBB and the IRS know they were lying. I was never paid.
Stayed here for a few nights in January. The rooms here are nice. The college schtick decor can be a bit heavy at times. But, it was clean, neat, and well put together irrespective of theme. The reason for the high rating however is the service. During our 2 days I saw the same person at the desk (tall, slim, dark haired guy) and he was extremely helpful. He gave some tips on local eateries, helped with parking and directions, etc. - just provided really good customer service.
We came into town just for one night with the family for the IU men's basketball game and The Graduate was phenomenal! Upon arriving we had a special treat for the kids in our room! So nice! The staff at the front desk was amazing and helpful. And if we weren't already impressed, on our drive back to Michigan the next day we received a phone call from a staff member just to make sure we had a great stay! Exceptional customer service!!! The rooms and decor was so cute and fun! Clean! Nice bathroom and shower. If I could suggest one thing it would be to have a small collapsible step stool especially for those staying with smaller children. The sink and toilet were a little high for our little guy. Nothing we couldn't work around that's for sure though. Thank you for a great visit! This will definitely be our hotel of choice for future visits!
First time staying here and it was INCREDIBLE! Extremely clean, comfortable, and differently decorated (like a college dorm). The staff is very friendly and highly accommodating! I especially LOVED the room key lol. This is our go to if we're ever in Bloomington! Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect except they charged me $5 for a water I didn’t drink. So I gave a 3 star penalty for false charges. They fixed it. Revised review.
