I love Freddie's. That much I know in life. But this Freddie's went above and beyond. They took off things I didn't want on my burger and put different things on it instead with no extra charge. They did forget to call my order, but the taste always makes up for any mistake. 10/10 totally would come here again, because I love Freddie's and because this is the only one in Bloomington.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. My mom and I split a #2 Double Bacon Cheeseburger Meal with string fries and an ice tea. The cheese burger was delicious and made in the old fashioned style where it is fresh and squished flat on the griddle. The condiments that can be added for free are numerous including the basics but also jalapeño peppers! The string fries were a large mound and the special Freddy's sauce was delicious.The story of Freddy's is told throught the building with photos of Freddy and his family and how it all started.
THEE WORST EVER!!! Waited/stuck in drive through for 50... That's FIFTY minutes!! And to top it ALL off, they totally screwed up our orders. And I actually felt sorry for the girl, who was basically doing everything... UNTIL my order was all jacked. Then... No love at all. This is definitely Managements fault, though. Not enough folks to run a lemonade stand!!
I had a few different issues on my trip but I’ll ignore the fact that they had to refund me for charging me for things I didn’t ask for, them waiting until my food was cold to get me my shakes, and the fact that I was supposed to have a shake and a malt instead of two shakes for the plain and simple fact of letting people know the girl with the short blonde ponytail literally went to her coworker to cuss me out and screamed at me twice when all I did was ask for clarification because I was told to walk across the store three times for these beverages. Came back to edit after actually looking and this was my bacon haha this place is trash
This is a wonderful place! The steak burgers are incredible, you get a mound of crispy, mouth watering fries, and the custard is scrumptious and available in all all imaginable flavors. Very friendly and competent staff.
The food is always great. But I went there yesterday,the girl may have been new but I told her I wanted a large chocolate concrete with Reese's peanut butter cup. She then ask what I wanted in it, I told her and she ask what what size. I laughed, so either she was new or high.either way. Love your food!!!
Ordered the patty melt (on something/anything other than rye) onion rings and a LITE chocolate shake.The food was good but my sandwich was on rye bread (?) and my shake was definitely NOT LITE on the chocolate, therefore making it inconsumable.?Overall, I guess if the food had been made to order, it would have been so much better!!Did I mention that this is like my favorite thing to order from fast food, if it's on the menu? Patty melts are my favorite!!? I also love me some onion rings and a LITE chocolate shake!!??
I wanted to give this place more stars but couldn't because they didn't wipe down any tables at all! The service could have been more polite too. This is a great place to eat! I got a single cheese, bacon burger with a order of cheese curds. For an extra treat we got a peanut butter,banana sundae! We are definitely going back here to eat because of the food.
I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries combo for myself and a double hamburger and fries combo for my son. Everything was delicious. We also ordered burgers and fries for the rest of the family to go and it was told it was still hot and delicious and we got home.
While the restraunt offers decent food at a high cost for fast food, if you go here I highly suggest you check your entire order before leaving after multiple times of them ommiting items in my bag.*Edit* It's interesting that they can respond in less than an hour to a public review but in more than 24 hours can't respond to the issue after it was sent to the link for feedback to the company. Shows how important the actual issues are vs. their public image.
