My boyfriend and I ordered take out tonight which is something we do often. The last time I ordered I asked for the “salad stuff” on the side. (Lettuce, Pico and sour cream) the girl stated “it always comes that way” so I ordered my burrito and didn’t say “salad on side” because why would I if they automatically put it there. We go get our food. My burrito and sides are in one container. I’m super confused because she stated “it always comes that way”. I don’t know about most people but I don’t like soggy lettuce. My boyfriend ordered mixed fajitas. He received only steak. Both meals were so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. So I called and politely asked if the “salad stuff” automatically came on the side and to let them know I didn’t get my beans and rice (it stated it came with it on the menu). The girl answering the phone was extremely rude to me. Proceeded to READ me the menu and then stated the online menu is DIFFERENT then the one in store because “they haven’t updated it”. Sadly that’s not my issue. Your menu should be the same across the board. They refused to even replace our food after I said I would bring it back as we didn’t even eat it. She said “we will not replace something that isn’t wrong”. Like excuse me what??? I will absolutely NEVER be eating here again. Rude employees and horrible food!
Terrible service our waitress literally pushed me to the side while putting menus on table. One of our guests food wasn't brought out. We sat for 20 min before anyone came to take our order
Delish! Pollo Guerrero was amazing! Beans are homemade! Hubby had Pollo Queso and said it was the best he has had in a while! The potatoes in the rice blew my mind, flavor was wonderful!
Food was cold. Asked for beef and cheese taco. Brought out chicken onions, tomatoes. People around us came in after us and they were served food before us. Didn't have Bud light to drink. Server didn't tell us that when we ordered. Service was terrible. Had to waive down our server to get our bill. Would have liked a refill of water. She never asked. Ran out of chips waiting on food that took forever.
Good food and service. Love the Queso Dip and chips. Fajitas are a safe choice! And for dessert- You must try the Fried Ice Cream!
This place must have had a bad night. I ordered fajitas but the food was not sizzling when it arrived (not cold but not hot) waited 10 minutes for them to bring soggy tortillas. Couldn't get a refill on water, chips, or salsa.I know this place has a pretty good star review, so I wonder if the good reviews are honest.Probably the worst Mexican restaurant in the central USA. I travel a lot and I like Mexican food. This place should just shut down.
We have had several prior take out orders where something was missing from our order. Last night, we decided to give them another chance: we dined in and I actually saw a worker spit on the floor back towards where the kitchen is located. Steer clear of this restaurant.
Had the traditional fajitas, very tasty and more than we could eat in one sitting. We'll be back.
Great food and people. They just never seem to answer the phone and when they do no one picks up. Overall great though.
This is hands down the best mexican restrant ive been to. i eat here at least once a week if not more. i love it so much ive memorized my order. the worker are so very kind. theyve learned my brother name and are very kind to us. im always craving thier food. i love thier fried ice cream. alos i love thier white cheese.
