This dunkin blows. Owner is nice but only like one of the workers there has ever shown an ounce of customer service. They aren’t nice, constantly try to sneak in stuff like hash browns or extra espresso hoping you won’t catch it, and half the time mess up the order completely.

The only Dunkin’ I’ve had that has been so nasty I want to puke. The coffee used to be so good I’m not sure what changed but it has gone downhill so much in the last couple months. It stinks on the inside also. I’ve gone to many other Dunkin’ that have been so good. They needs to have someone come in and do inspection.

I just don't know where to really start with my experience and then observing while I sat and ate my ice cream! First off neither one of the works wore gloves when handling food, or washed their hands. I watched the staff touch money, food and drinks with out washing their hands or sanitizing their hands in between! One gently man had hair to his shoulders, no hair net or even pulled back! Watched that worker put his whole head in the ice cram freezer and dip ice cream with is hair hanging down! Yuck! In this world me live in now and not washing your hands just really makes me sick! Money is very dirty, and so are the hands that repeatedly keep touching the money! Being under staffed is one thing, I get it. But being unsanitary is very nasty, uncalled, unprofessional and could be a possible way to spread sickness! I will not go back after seeing all I did!So beware the next time you visit there!

I'm not sure what's going on if they got new owners or what but every time my order is wrong... I love Dunkin but the past 8 times... yes EIGHT times I have to give my drink back for them to fix and my food is always wrong... no straws or napkins and when I ask to get it fixed they are very annoyed.

Once again, I have tried to give them the benefit of a doubt, it's not the food it's the attitude and sense of entitlement that a few of the ladies have. I'm not sure why the Indian population in Bloomington is rude and thinking they are better than everyone else. The gentleman seem ok and friendly. The couple ladies are just rude. I have entered that dunking for the last time. They own a donut shop, not like they are doctors or lawyers they are donut makers, so why the attitude.fix that and your repeat business will grow, don't fix that and it will go out ofbusiness like the first dunkin donuts

Came in at 5 am to get some donuts for my family, half of them were stale and the person packing up the order didn't even listen to what I wanted and ignored me when I asked her to exchange the donuts I didn't want for the correct ones. :/ Not the end of the world, but frustrating none the less

Our grandsons were visiting us this weekend so we decided to take them to our local Dunkin Donuts. As we opened the box we noticed that several of the donuts were very dry tasting and not eatable. My husband took the box back with the donuts that were obviously not fresh and the manager told us all the donuts were fresh and would not refund our money. We were very disappointed because the donuts are not cheap. We've eaten Dunkin Donuts at other locations over the years and always found them to be top quality. We will not return to this location.

Don't know what happened, new management? Purchased muffins & donuts, all were dry, & not one was fresh, they tasted like yesterday bake or older. Food handling was not as sanitary, considering covid conditions.

Tried today for first time. Major fail. 1st no fountain pop. Only bottles. Reason is because they’re a breakfast place. Why bottles then?Second look at these burnt has browns! No way the guy who dumped into bin didn’t notice. An no way wasn’t noticed when out in my bag. Not only burnt to a crisp, dripping with grease as well. Poor job over all.

I hadn't had Dunkin Donuts in years. Went to the only one in Bloomington, Indiana. Never again! It was about 4pm and the place ia open until 12am. Got a dozen assorted munchkins aka donut holes. 5 out of the 12 were edible. The other 7 were hard aa golf balls and the powdered ones were barely powdered. The jelly filled were like hallow golf balls with nothing inside. So disappointing! They should be making donuts throughout the day! Not serving the donuts from 4am when they opened!
