I would have marked it a 5 but the APP takes longer to place and order than it does for me to make my OWN HOME ADE PIZZA/HOT SANDWICH
I don't always leave reviews, but when ordering from here and making a mistake in the delivery, they were really on the ball to get it fixed and the food was delicious. Will for sure be ordering again!
HUGE shout out to the manager Josh, had an "off experience" there after being a loyal customer for years (Regional management you can check my Domino's account), he MADE IT RIGHT! Beyond my expectations really, which in today's customer service is pretty low unfortunately. What a great, literal example of friendly service with a smile. Thank you! I'll be ordering even more pizza cuz even my kids love it haha
The pizza is solid and what you would expect from Domino's Pizza, but the service is outstanding, especially for being a college campus location, To which I have to give props, and I really do hope they can maintain their great ambiance going into the future.
First I want to say the service was pleasant and fast. I gave 3 stars because I had very little Philly steak on my sandwich. After I lifted the cheese toppings off and looked there was about 6 small pieces of meat on my sandwich. So little Green Pepper as well. The sandwich consist of mostly cheese. Too much to pay for just cheese. I wish I took a picture.Next time I will return it and get more meat or my money back. At leaat the service was pleasant.
Only get gluten free pizza from here and when I asked for chicken breast I was told they have them but could not sell because no way to ring up chicken... I am confused...
Cleanest place in Bloomington. I’ve been to just about every restaurant in town over the last couple weeks, this is probably the best service and food I’ve had. All of these overpriced places with their overpriced food are ruining the towns foodie experience. Good food. Wondeful staff.
Always good products no matter what i Order. Pizza, sandwich, wings, everything is always done in a timely fashion and the employees are friendly and courteous. I’d recommend this location to anyone!?! Thanks for your nice work y’all, keep it up and you’ll do great on your lives! Give these guys a call or stop in sometime. You won’t be disappointed!!
I throughly love this dominos location. My pizza is 100% delicious always. I have had several different drivers, and they are always super nice + friendly. I have never had a problem! Amid the staffing shortage + how busy this location must be, they do an amazing job.
I placed an order over The phone for pizza ,drink and salad. I was told by the dominos employee that my debit card zip code didn't match my billing address ,and he could not complete the order unless I paid in cash.i canceled the order. 30 -40 minutes later,after I'd ordered from somewhere else a dominos driver shows up with my canceled order. The phone call lasted well over 10 minutes and it was obvious I was placing my order from an outsourced/out of The country employee. Anyway, horrible experience . 2 meals,2 bills and i was treated as if somehow I was at fault.
