This is an awesome hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It has a nice pool and hot tub. It's located right downtown Bloomington. Great places to eat with in walking distance. Sebastian at the front desk is awesome he was so helpful with everything

I reserved 2 Nights Last week (07/29-07/31) and I ended up not going due to one of my family member got affected with COVID-19. When I called to kindly ask for a refund, they completely denied it even though I told them my situation and the hard time I was going through trying to take care of myself and everyone around me. COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Absolutely terrible experience here. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Front desk staff was extremely rude and did not follow policy. No management was on site to help. Room was outdated and parts of it were rusted and not cleaned properly. But, overall the worst part was the service. Would not recommend staying here. If I could give a 0 I would.

I paid $300 for a room that I booked in advance. We got here and there was only partial power. They told us that only the elevators weren’t working. That’s fine not a big deal. We left for a few hours and came back and still no power to the bathroom and no air conditioning. We were able to DOWNGRADE rooms but weren’t offered any money back or anything. The room we DOWNGRADED to only had partial power but it did have air. They were more concerned about us touching anything in our original room so I’m assuming it won’t be cleaned than they were with doing the right thing. If it wasn’t so late we wouldn’t be here for the night.**Editing my review in responseThe whole point is, it’s not my fault that the transformer blew and I should have been offered the difference for a downgraded room. The front desk had fans on them so why would anyone expect people to not want any type of air on them???I for sure didn’t misunderstand what anyone was saying, the person I was with can for sure clarify that anyone who would like to know.

Christine, the GM, was amazingly friendly, courteous and professional. Barb, who was working in the breakfast area was also incredible. My room was clean, stylish and a home from home. The pillows and bed were snuggly comfy. I slept great!!Thank you both very much. I hope I get to stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, and the staff was very friendly and the rooms were decent. My main issue is the food/bar area, we were told at check in about breakfast and dinner as if they were these great meals. When going to get food, you had to order it and pay and your options are literally cereal, bagel, or reheated sandwich. They show pictures in the elevators of Avocado toast and eggs, and when asked if I cold order that was looked at like I was crazy. Their espresso machine was down, so no coffee items except basic coffee for $4. The bartender didn't even know how to make a cocktail, your only options were a specific liquor and 1 mixer, because it was all his mixology knowledge had. Yet the drink menu offered martinis and manhattans he didn't even know how to make them. I spend $9.45 on soda and a splash of gin. He didn't even know how to use a corkscrew when my friend ordered a glass of wine! This place is a joke!

We spent two nights here visiting friends in the area. The staff was top notch - every person we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The room was large, beautiful, and perfectly clean. Location was ideal for us to access everything around the Bloomington area. Parking was easy, close, and well lit (for returning late at night). Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I work here and it is a great place to stay at rather it's vacation or business! The staff are very helpful and nice as well. Nice clean rooms as well as common areas ?

My favorite Courtyard with the Wellness Suite with the Pure air purifier. My 2nd favorite part are the room doors that, get this, DON'T SLAM SHUT! Hello! Someone really got it right in designing this place. Great Starbucks in the lobby for an awesome and healthy breakfast to start your day off right! A++++ Thank you. Will return for sure.

Charged me $100 "incidental fee" with zero warning. I was promised I was going to be charged $280 for my 2 night stay and they charged me $380 leaving me with only $50 left to spend on me and my girlfriend's trip. I'll allegedly be getting that $100 back. We'll see about that. Either way our trip is screwed financially thanks to these idiots. Don't stay here unless you have plenty of cash to spare because they will drain you dry. Breakfast isn't even free either.
