Ordered online at 6:45, asked for a 7:20 pickup time. Got there around 7:30 to see no employees in sight, with other customers waiting. Eventually one appeared from around the back to fill the ice, then took his time getting another bucket. Disappeared into the back for a couple more minutes and meandered out to help customers who had walked up, ignoring the 5 of us waiting for online orders.Eventually found there was one other person there, who was slowly making online orders. First guy was very short and rude to any customers who asked for help. A third employee eventually showed up and was just an unenthusiastic about actually helping anyone. Eventually got my order around 7:45, or an hour after placing. For a place that is supposed to be fast that is awful. I used to not be able to get to this location before my order was done.I only partially blame the workers on this one - there are obviously severe management issues here causing this. They need more staff and happier staff.
Though it was a slow start. We could clearly see the young man was scatter brains. Too much all at once. His fellow team member/staff didn't do anything to help other than criticize him with his efforts. The young man looked at my husband and stated I'm gonna hit him... besides that drama, the food for the first time having it, was amazingly good!!! Though I won't be going back to this establishment. It sucks cause it's right in the mall...
Ordered from them a while ago online and they didn't have the chips and guac. Ordered inside yesterday and they had chips and guac but said they were reserved for online orders. Maybe I'm old fashioned but you fulfill in the order the order was placed. And tie goes to the in-store customer. Won't be going back digitally or in person. Terrible business model and inventory management.
The employees do not care about the dine in customers. They will tell you they are out of product when you can physically see it. They were out of chips for dine in- but now carry out. The whole time we were there they never attempted to make more chips. Todays employees think it’s ok to just tell ppl they are out of something when they choose to not make it.
Really odd experience. Sign on the door said closing at 9pm. We walked in at 8:15 and were stopped by a very unfriendly worker. This employee essentially talked us out of eating at the establishment. Said “I have to have this closed by 8:30, the dining room is closed now”. We said we would eat really fast, and she started naming off everything they were out of.I have literally never been somewhere that a person being paid by the establishment begged patrons not to eat there. Hard to believe the state of things. I hope the owner sees this and can help employees understand that paying customers are how they receive a paycheck.
Used to love this place, but was just told they weren't serving any food bc the health dept was there and it was difficult for them to serve the "line". Online orders were ok, note they had 7+ employees that I counted but the 4 people in line had to leave. Something similar to this has happened multiple times in the last few months, only online orders due to employees or some excuse, not to mention that nearly every time I've been there, they are out of something ( this time it was white rice ). I really wish they would get their act together and quit blaming covid or supply chain issues, bc there is another Chipotle in our town near a college campus that hasn't had near the issues these guys do. Seems like poor management, with the price increase they've had you would expect better service not worse, I'm done with this place.
One of the better Chipotle's that I have ever been too. I had heard that Chipotle was cutting down portion size but I did not find that to be the case at this location. I could only eat 2 of my 3 Sofritos Tacos, and I am a big eater. The third made an awesome breakfast the next morning.
This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are always out of something, they are closed randomly at times with only a sign on the door, they don’t give correct pick up times and you end up waiting sometimes 30+ minutes past your pickup time for to go orders, they also sometimes only accept mobile orders which is very annoying if I show up to the store and then have to sit down and place an order and only have the option to pay card and not cash. I will never come back to this location again. I have literally not once had a good experience here. Unfortunately this poorly ran establishment will stay in business because it’s one of the only healthier “fast food” options on the east side. Tonight they were out of guacamole, queso, chicken, and 45 min wait on any kind of rice??? What the heck
I ordered the food online and went to the store exactly when the pick-up time was said maybe even later. I walked in the same time as people who were waiting in line. They ordered and left within ten minutes. I waited another additional twenty minutes after that. I asked for some sort of compensation on having to wait thirty minutes and it was a hard decline. There were around 5 of us waiting for 30 mins after our pick-up time. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.
Worst chipotle in Bloomington. I’ve never experienced a chipotle with such slow service. I ordered online & waiting over 45 minutes after the expected ready date. There is barely anyone actually attentive & working. If you want chipotle, recommend Kirkwood because this was absolutely terrible & I would give 0 stars if I could. I never post reviews but had to because this was ridiculous and not the first time this has happened
