Past few times we have gone, they are out of multiple proteins and the counter service is poor. This location goes WILD with the sour cream. Like an absurd amount every time, even when asking for a small amount.

Would be nice to be able to eat here... but thanks to the mayor closing kirkwood down and turning all the parking lots into high priced internet pay lots... there's no way to park to eat here. Apparently all businesses on kirkwood are now bike/ walk only options. This can't be good for business? Why aren't any of the businesses complaining? I find it hard to believe removing all parking options has been good for business on kirkwood.

If you really want Chipotle, go to any other one in Bloomington - this one is poorly run and managed.Have visited the location twice, both times gave up and went elsewhere after 25+ minute waits for online orders. The large crowd (10-20 people) around the online order pickup indicated this is a regular situation. Other Chipotles are better able to balance in-restaurant and online orders, like the one at 2894 E 3rd St - I would suggest checking that one out instead.

Place is rough after 6:00. We went in tonight and every table was dirty so we wiped tables off so we could sit down. They were completely out of almost everything but a couple things and we were told they don't make anything after it runs out. What food we did get tasted good.It may be a short staff thing but it looked like there was plenty of workers and all we were told was this is the busiest Chipotle around here so when they run out they don't make more.

I had the worst experience with this Chipotle, I would give it a 0/5 if I could. I ordered delivery, and it showed up practically frozen. The rice was dry and clumped up, they didn't include half of the toppings I had ordered and they used quarter portions for everything on top of that. Whoever made that food and thought it was good to be sent to someone should be retrained or fired. When I attempted to contact the restaurant their phone system wouldn't even put me through to a representative, after trying to contact them online they offered me a bogo gift card, with the assumption I would be eager to go back, they even specified its expiration date. If you're going to go to Chipotle avoid this one and go to the east side.

they literally don’t care about the establishment, work the bare minimum. food is sparingly cold, especially near closing. few employees really are nice. don’t open on time, yet will close early

Every time I come here, I find a new way to be disappointed. Poor service, employees clearly lack training. I mean how hard is it to teach someone how to properly fold a burrito so the entire thing doesn’t fall apart when I open up the tinfoil. Apart from that, they always try to cram way too much food in, very little veggie choices, and what little there is always looks like it expired a couple days ago. Do yourself a favour and walk a couple extra blocks to qdoba.

Very good place to eat a strong burrito. Nachos are incredible. Free water is a plus. Be cautious of presence of restrooms nearby due to post digestion problems. Overall, a good 4.

I agree yes this location is declining rapidly and some of the issues such as food quality and service fall on the individual but a lot of issues are corporate level. Such a serving sizes they really bagger you to save as much food as possible. Also you wouldn’t believe how chronically understaffed and physically demanding this place can be which is a leads to the emotional burnout and the long lines being seen trust me I know. That being said I do find this location revolting at this time and I hope Chipotle at a corporate level can start paying their workers more / provide the staffing and training they need to succeed along with realistic expectations to prioritize food safety and their people over anything.

Good food, great portions! will definitely return again
